Described in one word it was terrible. Rooms are not clean,  everything is in bad condition. Kitchen and furniture are old and also not clean. In the bathroom nothing works, everywhere floods. We didn’t have toilet paper, soap etc. Kitchen didn’t work also.

A good hotel for your own money, there's everything you need to stay and travel: a teapot, a fan, a balcony, air conditioning, a TV, free parking...to the beaches walking 15 minutes, lots of shops and cheap cafes, street food in every corner, everything works until 3 at night, you can buy a beer, go to the gym even after the closing of the shops;) I recommend this hotel if you come to see the country and not to sit in the room) the hotel has no territory, for pool lovers and large areas - you obviously don't have it here, but in Slovakia I have a beach) by the way we were swimming in the pool and no one said a word to us;)

Ivan's guest house attracts the staff's goodwill, their responsiveness. The price is inexpensive. You can take accommodation with breakfast or breakfast plus dinner. There is a swimming pool, bunk beds. On the first floor there is a mini-restaurant where you can stay even in the evening. It's cozy but ascetic. There's everything to live. Thank you for the hospitality!

We took a tour of this hotel for 3 nights c 3 to 6 October 2018.. the location is normal. It's not too big, everything is close enough. We took a room with a view of the sea (walking with a suitcase on the 6th floor- pleasure for the amateur ), the view is really good.. the room is very ascetic. the furniture in the room is old, some partly broken, the table is all decorated, the bed is dirty.. the connection with the lady from the reception (if you can call it that) is no longer there and after you settled her is basically hard to find. she understands the language barrier- Russian with difficulty, English- no.. on a request to give a glass of water from the road, the lady sent us to the flood room (there was a sixth floor with a cheque at the end.. there was no room at all.. there was no room at all.. there was no room at all.. there was no room at all.. there was no room at all.. but it was very strange, and I don't even know how to get a cup of tea in the hotel

Then we wanted to settle on the 6th floor, but we gave us 4 floors. Packing the suitcases on the 4th floor on a steep staircase. Pleasure is not pleasant. The room is small, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. And it's wonderful! The villa's suitcases were very easy to see, mostly one on one another)) We had to get married on the street. I brought all the chairs together, the old ones were full of them)))) But it was a strange thing, but there were almost 2 cups of tea in the center of the city, and there was no room for everyone to eat.

Check it out for yourself so you don't break up on arrival. NOMER. Well, I took the cheapest room in the bathroom on the 6th floor of the kitchen (No. 50). There's a lot of hot tubs and villas in Budva called Jovana and Jovan. There's always a lot of hot tubs on the first floor of the bathroom. There's always been a lot of free tubs on the shelves. There's always been a lot of free tubs in the restaurant. - We've been sitting on the beaches of the Plaza, We've been sitting on the beaches of the city, but we've seen that there's a lot of coffee, but there's a lot of hot water, but there's a lot of hot water and a lot of hot water and a lot of hot water.

THE FIRST NEGATIVE OUTZY VAN 7 YEARS OF OUTZY... The first NEGATIVE OUTZY VAN 7 YEARS OF OUTZY! A good day, the respected tourists who are going to rest in Montenegro in the hotel of Jovana, on the same street of the same name, but not with us! The Trip Advisor of the same name, the company of the same name, immediately after the opening of the bathroom, had to convince the owner of this car about the other Jovana family's car about the stalls. Unfortunately, we had to occupy the bathroom, too.

It's a reality!

Very bad accommodation and very unfriendly,unkind und impolite staff! Rooms are clean but bad and old furniture. In the bathroom nothing works, everywhere floods. Staff steals , things from the room disappear, even food from the refrigerator! They do not respect regulations and do not pay taxes to tourists. All in all, very bad impressions!

The rooms were large with a nice balcony, not very near the beach but still a walking distance to it. A lot of small shops near the hotel. 
It is situated in a street that looks quiet if there are no surprise parties.. We stayed for two nights and we slept little on both of these. There were some pupils/students that partied till pretty late in the night on both nights on the ground floor with a lot of alcohol and really loud music.
Wi-Fi signal was very poor and did not work at all for the two days we stayed there.
