- We booked 3 rooms and they were all comfortable, clean and tidy.
- The location was perfect, very near to Old Town.
- Stuff was very kind and helpful,
- They have a parking place very near to the hotel. Price was 5 EUR per day.
- It would be nice if there is a tall dressing mirror in the room, but I used the one in the hall.
- It can be noisy on weekends due to drunks around, but we didn't have any problems during week days.

**Just for the info: there is no elevator

Friendly host & Clean rooms

Location: close to the sea and the old town, as well as to the market and supermarkets However, in the hotel itself you can't hear traffic or leisure. It's clean and cozy. Cleanup every day. Happy hosts and excellent service of the staff. With gratitude I remember those who created such comfortable conditions for us. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a great place to relax!

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the old town.  Plenty of shops nearby and one big supermarket opposite.
Rooms cleaned & towels changed everyday.
Situated in a quiet street, would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Perfect location (10 minutes walk to Budva Old Town and marina ,15 minutes walk to buss station) and friendly hotel owner ! The rooms are clean and big ! They provided airport transfer..and they always helped us whenever we need help

Very friendly staff.I have been coming to budva for well over 15 years and have stayed in far more luxurous places but this staff definitely is on my number 1 place.Quit area in the middle of the city.The property is close to everything and the moat important things in budva.This place is definitely wortg checking out.
Very clean rooms and they even gave us a discount.

Best Stay Ever

The rooms are clean, everything you need to eat, comfortable, the hostess will always take care of your rest. Close to the old town, the sea and the bus station. Nearby is the central market, shops, restaurants. In the cold season there is a heater in the shower, which is important)

It's a family hotel.

The apartments are more like a good mini hotel. Daily cleaning and towel replacement. If you need to wash things, you just leave them in your pocket. The next day they bring free laundry-option, well, leave tea. At 1 minute the Market and Supermarket MegaMart. The old town is 10 minutes. The city beaches are 5 to 7 minutes away, but it's better to walk to the old town at the Mogren 1.2, but you can arrange a transfer to the airport for 15 euros.

Convenient location

We were in the hotel with a 12-year-old family in September 2015. We were waiting at the airport for a change of bed linen every three days when we arrived. We were quickly and comfortably transported to the resting place. We were placed within 5 minutes in an excellent room overlooking the street where a huge palm tree grew. The street was quiet, the room was clean and comfortable.

A wonderful family vacation.

Everywhere in the description of this hotel it is stated that there is a French bed - two-bedroom beds. In fact, these are sliding narrow single-bed beds with a bed of 8 cm between them. To eliminate the bed, they put in a new bedcloth, but the next day the maid picked it up and put some dirty bedcloth in its place. Moreover, the sliding beds in the front of the hotel were very dirty, and the two men were able to walk down the street almost every night!!!! Or the two men were able to walk down the street without a bathroom without a bathroom without a bathroom, but they were able to walk down the street without a bathroom without a bathroom.

September in Montenegro

The hotel's location is very good: nearby is a supermarket, a market and most importantly near Mogren beach 1 and 2, because swimming on the city beach is just dangerous to health: it's full of yachts and three dirty rivers flowing in. The place is quiet, nice to rest on the wide road to the garden. The room turned out to be more than it looks in the photo.
