1) no breakfast included (for that price?!)

2) Hotel: nothing to say. Doesn't look good or bad but it has a parking and that's really useful.

3) Room: definitely not worth the price. When we arrived there was not even towels. I had to ask for it and they scratched my whole body (and I am a backpacker!!). For that kind of price you would expect AT LEAST: a garbage (!!), towels, more than half a roll of toilet paper, something to hold the pommel when you are taking a shower, soap (minimum!), a fix toilet bowl, hangers in the closet and curtains (not a veil which is completely useless against the sun).

4) Service: a father and his daughter which were nice for the couple of minutes we saw them.

5) Location: without traffic jam 15 min away from budva! Seblje it's a good restaurant next door!

Until they adapt they price or the room standing I wouldn'T recommend it! You have better for literally half the price.


Definitely not worth the price

The owners and staff are very hospitable, welcoming and kind, respond quickly to any request. There is a large kitchen with everything needed. There is a large parking lot, a supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant nearby.

For rest.

This hotel is on a busy road about 3 kms from the sea at Budva. We had a car so getting around was easy. Noisy road but from our room at the back we heard nothing. Nice room, big bed and huge kitchen on the first floor. 5 resturants / bars are in the village though eating and drinking in Budva was cheaper. Would stay here again. Beaches a bit of a rip off in the locality. All packed and 10 to 15 euros to have a bed and umbrella next to someone you dont know.

Nice hotel outside of noisy Budva

In general, do not believe the booking and the map - to the nearest beach of Yaz at least 3-3.5 km, and in the heat under 35 walk just gets fancy. Out of the advantages of this guest - a parking lot, a pharmacy, a supermarket next door and a couple of cafes.. out of the advantages all actually... out of the disadvantages was - searched for relatively fresh air - got a regular smell of noise from the neighboring plot and farm.... the moss on the floor was not cleaned for 2-3 days - the kitchen was stowed up... the general kitchen - a separate topic. There were no means of fashion, and the sponge was in general use to make at least a profit... there was also a need to clean up the water in the car... but there was no need to clean up the water in the car... but there was no need to clean up the water in the car.

Just for the unpretentious travelers with the car.

Although the owners of the premises were very kind, I made it clear several times that the apartments I had booked had to be absolutely clean because there were huge spiders with spiders attached to them, than you only see in the movies, but unfortunately the rooms were not clean at all and we stayed six days with dirt everywhere.

A large room with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, a TV, an air conditioner, a balcony, friendly owners will not refuse to ask and help with questions, a kitchen with tables and a place to cook, a downside is far from the city, but there are a couple of cafes and supermarkets nearby with a minimum food basket.

Quiet rest

This hotel is really great, the road to Budva is straight...it's absolutely not out of hand...it's very convenient to get there...near the hotel there's a gas station and various places to eat or shop...so you're on a horse...the rooms are very clean and well made...the area is relaxing recommended!!!

Comfort at hand

It was indeed a homestay and so there was no room service at all, no towel and even no dust bin in the room.  Yet there was a supermarket just at the opposite.  If you do not have your own transport, you will need to take a taxi to the pier or town at about EUR8 per way.  No breakfast but there was a small restaurant within walking distance.  Wifi was extremely poor but the air-conditioner was excellent.  There was also a balcony for your laundry.
