I had a reservation to stay here for 4-nights from April 29th with my partner but due to the current Coronavirus outbreak we had to cancel.
We booked through Booking.com with a 50% cancellation penalty.
The apartment owners very graciously waived the cancellation fee, which is very much appreciated. Just on the strength of this kind gesture i would have no problems recommending them or booking with them in future.

Never got to stay here.

The first view of the room surprised me and my girlfriend ... we expected a much larger room as the website photos for the room showed quite a large living space.  In reality, is was a very small room barely big enough for two single beds ... but it also had a small table with two chairs and a corner unit with small refrigerator.   Aside from that the proprietor was very friendly and helpful, even replacing the hot water pot shortly after it failed.  The room was quiet and nicely furnished though small.  The property has an umbrella and mats available for beach use stored by the entrance which came in handy during our stay.  As others here have mentioned, the bathroom is very tiny and the shower has no curtain, so the entire bathroom (including the toilet and sink) get wet ... there's just no way to avoid it.  While it's a little bit of a nuisance, in the summer climate of Budva it dries out quickly and the small size ensures no one will be spending an inordinate amount of time in there.  After getting used to the small size of the accommodations, I enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse.  The largest selling point is the location.  Although I liked this place, I would not stay here again - at least not for almost a month like the first time - a week would be tolerable.

Excellent Location in Old Town

Ideal location to be in the center of Budva, restaurants and the port. The guesthouse is located at the entrance of the old town through the port - note not to get lost in the alleys, Google Maps gave us a bad location. The neighborhood is quite lively, especially at night. The owners were very available and listened to us to bring us comfort during our stay. It was very nice to stay in this guesthouse!
