If you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Budva, then come to Villa Zec!!! The hospitality and smile of the hostess Elena will not leave anyone indifferent!!! The room is spacious and clean. Timely replacement of towels and underwear. In the room everything you need for a comfortable stay: boiler, air conditioning, fan, equipped mini kitchen. In the room a large spacious balcony overlooking the colorful street, where you can quickly get to the sea. Good rest to all!

A cozy hotel not far from the sea!!!

We got to the 402nd room on the 4th floor on arrival. The amenities include: - clean and cozy room. - welcoming housekeeper. - regular cleaning and changing of the towels. - air conditioning is new, works quietly. - there are fans. - there is a mini-kitchen (fridge, teapot, boiling surface and all the necessary dishes); - a spacious balcony with a table and chairs. - is away from the noisy streets. - there are many good cafes around. - opposite the villa is a Megamarket.

A good villa for your money.

It's so much better than expected, it's very cozy, everything's fine, it's very clean, it's clean every day, and the very hospitable and friendly hostess of the hotel, Seca, welcomes you home, and we've had a studio room, and we've been on vacation with our daughter for five years, and there's been no communication issues, so you can guess what they want from you.

It's very comfortable here.

The room was normal. The air conditioner was not used. The bedding was not changed in a week. The garbage was taken out, cleaned every day and the beds were filled with old bedding. They gave each one a small piece of soap for a week and did not report. The toilet paper was not put in the last day at all, they had to buy their own. The breakfast was getting worse and the housekeepers were constantly sitting and watching the breakfast. The room was also scant. The location is normal. They settled immediately upon arrival. The next time they wouldn't stop there.

I really enjoyed my vacation in Montenegro, no matter what. 1. I suggest you take a tour of the Bokotor Bay festivals to find out where I am. 5. In Budva, look for a Bonella shop in a modern building (which you can see from far away on the beach) 2. The canyons are beautiful if you don't think it's far away. 3. Not bad, but I'm not going to this villa anymore.

It's a very nice place, a very convenient location. Breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are clean, there are towels, air conditioning, refrigerator, fans. Every day they are cleaned. The owners are always very polite. Thank you for the response.

I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and quiet area. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need. The hotel is standard, the rooms are small, but enough for two. The cleaning was every day, the pastel was changed for 7 days 2 times. I don't know if it was always this way or we were just lucky, because we were at the end of September and the guests in the hotel were almost gone, the season was over. The bathroom had soap and toilet paper. There is a small teapot and glasses. The only minus of the rooms are air conditioners. They are very noisy, even if not working, but at the neighbors' house, the noise in the room was loud enough. We had breakfast in the neighbors' room.

Nice hotel.

In these apartments, they were housed by a large company, rented two studios for three people. In general, not bad as any 3-star hotel: the room was cleaned, the towels changed. The owner of the Seka spoke Russian sparingly, but kindly. From the minuses: 1. It was discouraging that there was no compliment from the hotel on the birthday of her daughter (30 years old), with such never met! 2. They lived on the third (upper) floor, respectively, wifi did not reach. 3.

The villa is great, the owners are beautiful. I think the bus station is in demand. The location is perfect for me. The street is busy, everything is needed (shops, bars, fast food). But at the same time, the night is quiet and quiet. The central part of Budva is 15 minutes away, but it's just plus, you can walk around, explore the streets and the life of the city. The bus station is convenient and cheap. The room would be perfect if there wasn't enough dark lighting (one on the wall in the whole room and a bathroom lamp), a single wi-fi on the street (which was used for 5 euros and returned for 5 days), and there's always a variety of cameras and TV, but it's all very convenient.

I really liked it.

We stayed at this property from  7th to 15th August 2018 and all was good. 

Owner and his family that run the business are friendly and always ready to help. They speak English.

We were late and owner rang us and ask about and did his best to help us to find the location. 

Location of the property it is very good because it is in a town and you will have all that you need, like supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy at minutes walking distance. Very close to property it is one restaurant Kafana Stela where you can eat good food at decent price and services are fast.

Slovenska beach is @ 12 minute walking distance. 

If you choose to go in Muntenegro, try to go by car or rent one there. Budva is the best location because is close to many interesting points like Jaz beach, Sveti Stefan, Becici with nice beach, Mogren beach (the best and most beautiful for me) and not so far from Kotor. Budva old town is fantastic and Kotor for true is one of the most beautiful place in the world.

All rooms have balcony and are clean, well equipped with all that you need in. Towels were changed almost daily and sheets one time in 8 nights. Also they have electronic safe in the room with no charge.

They offer free parking to all of the guests and that is very good because in Budva is a real problem to find parking spot in busy season.

Internet wireless worked good in the room.

Breakfast it is Suedish buffet style, was fresh, tasty and varied. The breakfast room is nice and new. Property was refurnished and all looks nice. 

Personally I was in many hotels but at this time I have nothing to complain about. Of course, like everywhere, there is always room for better but this owner and his family did them best for us and we had a great stay there. Excellent hospitality. If I go again in Budva they are my 1st choice and I already recommended this property to all my friends.

Just one advice if you want to go with boat tour avoid to use Montenegro Cruising Agency situated in Mainski Put street, they had very bad organization and when we went to Blue Cave we were in one boat like fishes in a can. Ask before to go about everything because at 1st the price for tour was 15 Euros/ person but no one told us that if I want to go to Blue Cave you have to pay another 3 Euros/ person what is not that much but the conditions to go there were bad.
