In the bed you can't sleep, you have a stinky mattress and with the mules outside that also makes a lot of noise, it's very cold and there aren't enough blankets.The apartment is very dirty, especially the bathroom, and especially the laundry room that's filled with dirt, as well as the bathroom counter.There are not enough kitchen utensils and the internet doesn't work properly, it's shortened every minute, nor a video we could watch.

Unfortunately, based on my experience with this place, I can honestly say that it is not a place where I would like to live for a day. To begin with, the apartment was very dirty when I visited. CUCARACHAS, Pésimo y due inepto is also known as Cucarchas.

The worst place to go is to get everything dirty, the rooms aren't dirty and horrible!! And even to spend the night well why is the adaptation of the room made of wood and laminate and air passes through the holes and the cold enters the room? It looks like a freezer the rooms.

The worst place zero recommended.

Terrible experience for someone who provides services!!, a phone call with the idea of asking for information, a phone call that appears for that, I was surprised by a tipster who showed no interest at all, with a disgusting response and finally when I asked him about the photos that were on the internet to which department they corresponded, altanero, literally told me  that he didn't know what photos he was talking about that he had 34 properties  the next act hung me up the call, a monkey completely, nor did they appear for this place surely I don't think they managed to have anything satisfactory about this, basic photos truchas with a thousand filters, regress to the elementary school level!

We had a nice time: everybody kind & nice. 
Highly recommended.. The place is about 6 blocks from downtown, 4 from the main pedestrian street, everything close, at the side there is a pedestrian st. with garden,
that is a plus because is quite, the huge terrace with an amazing view.

A great place: maybe the best view of this magic town. Friendly staff, many beautiful details: paintings, rugs from Mayan villages, Thailand, India,etc.. A nice living room on terrace to enjoy the view, the owner speaks several languages & has lived in many countries.. Also they offer private tours by car, vans, hourses, etc..

We booked a vacation from December 26th to 30th, got the confirmation from venere.com and they didn't respect it, they argued that we didn't have any dealings with that seeker, they treated us very badly and we didn't get any help, so we were stranded in San Cristobal, peeeeeeeeesimo service.

They didn't respect the reservation.

As mentioned by a few others, it's very common that they cancel the reservation like 2 hours before arrival. Since I didn't have internet on my phone, I had no idea until I already was at the place. That's when I got the email about cancellation. Also it was forwarded to 5 other people. So it's what they do apparently. Really unprofessional behavior, and they didn't speak any English at all so they made me look like the bad guy. Stay somewhere else!!
