Hotel is very noisy, and rooms are very small for four people inside, and rooms have not anything. Bathroom is small too, and windows are inside hotel. You do not have fresh air. Beds are not comfortable. I give 2 stars only because it is in centre and that is very good location.

Not good

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in November. It was very cold in the hotel. The floor was freezing and the personal was wearing a thick sweater with hoodie. There was no central heating. Also there were a lot of noises in the hotel. Window of the room was directed at the hallway. Location was directed in the centrum. 

Very mediocre. 

The place is worth nothing more than the excellent location, in the promenade of Guadalupe, the room is very small, but comfortable and clean, although if you listen to everything.

Incredible location!!!!

The human warmth they have is incredible! everyone is very kind and it seems to be a family business, they are on the lookout all the time and each one of the richest and oldest places to visit. it is located in one of the main walkways of this beautiful place. it is the basics, bathroom, living room and tv. it is super comfortable and has everything in hand, unfortunately to us that one day the TV signal didn't serve and another there was no light, otherwise we just needed to sleep. it is worth the excellent service they offer. and if you are going to recharge batteries to continue with the adventure, I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay at the hotel.

We spend 3 nights in the Hotel Real de Valle. The rooms are not so big, but confortable. The hotel is in the center of San Cristobal, close to everything (restaurants, market, etc). The employees are really nice. We spend a very good vacation there! Thank you


Very good and in the centre! 

With the exception of Samara, which is a love of a person, the personal is dark, without much attention. The hotel, old, my room with an antique TV, which made more noise by lighting than a hair dryer... the channels don't go well, just like the old TVs. The comfortable beds, that's if... and then the basic thing to go to sleep for nothing more. The hotel doesn't have a computer service, so if you need to print or consult boarding passes, itineraries, ask for help at the front desk, and as I commented at the beginning, the staff is not very pleasant, although if you help me, to tell the truth. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, because that night was a party for all of San Cristobal, the place where it was easy to get in the morning to the hotel, so if you need to listen to the poor neighbors, all the restaurants in the city and all the restaurants in the hotel are vomiting, I can't find a single place to go.

Very poor...

I stayed with a group two weeks ago and the location of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff is very attentive and always willing to help you.Their facilities are good the only thing I could comment against is that the towels are old and very young, I think they should buy new ones.

Excellent location and service

Located 1/2 block from the zocalo, you can't beat the location.  Room was super clean, quiet with lots of hot water and cable TV.  M$500 for a single and M$600 for a double is a good value when you add it all up.  Wi-Fi works great too.

Location, location...and good value

Very good location and the receptionists are very kind, and sincere in giving any recommendation.The prices are affordable and worth it, not luxurious but beautiful.It has many places nearby and is easy to get to because it is in the center.

Good quality price ratio very well located in a pedestrian street right next to the central square, the reception is good and the comfort very correct, the rooms (we were 3) are not very big but we live outside with the good weather.
