What was good

The hotel was close to downtown.

What was bad

The room isn't the room we paid for. The manager there would not change unless he had spoken with a representive of Zen. My emails that I showed him of our conversation meant nothing to him. So I lost money with a room so small and no kitchen. Not happy with the room, hotel, or it's management.
