The receptionist was really nice. They accept credit card. Very good location. Free coffee every morning in the reception area.

Excellent Location

The hotel is very close to a metro stop so you can get there very easily, its surroundings have places where you can buy food. Close to the center. The staff who serve is very friendly, I asked for information about public transport and I was very kindly guided. The room they gave me (105) has a wedding bed, can be for one or two people, they provide you with two towels, shampoo, soap, the TV is with local channels. It has a couple of details: the room has a rare smell, it is not unpleasant but I think with a flavoring solution you can get out, the towels are a little hard, it takes a while in the hot water in the drawer, the hotel is near a street and there are moments where you hear a lot of noise, I think that a curtain in the door can help you get something so cheap that you can get into the bus.

A good budget choice in Puebla. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Close to the Zocalo in a decent local area of Centro. Would stay again for sure.

Good budget choice

The WiFi is none existent, we had the room that was right next to the reception, and still no WiFi in our room. Seems like a decent hotel, it is clean but our door always looked like it was opened. I felt that people could see us, also the light would come through the door in the mornings, which makes sleeping somewhat difficult. Overall the location was good, close to zocalo but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not what you would expect 

Good no-frills accommodation, good value, six-minute walk to zocalo. Some traffic noise until 10 pm.  Reliable hot water supply but fairly low pressure.  Bed was comfortable, housekeeping was reliable.  Spanish-only TV stations.  Could have used drawers and a bathmat.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.It is worth noting that the parking is half a square but is closed from 11pm to 7am.They also do not have a hair dryer.

Good location, clean and very good service.

We booked at Booking.com and they switched us places.They raised the rate and ignored the service.If you stayed longer than one night without getting any drinking water, you would charge it.Clean and well-located expectations were higher...

It has a very good location, the room is quite spacious, parking and access for our puppy was at an extra cost but quite affordable, the cost of the room was also very affordable.

It was a totally disappointing experience, as in the room of this hotel I was robbed of cash and in that of one of my colleagues' headphones and charger, the manager never gave the face in a personal way and the only call they communicated with me was to tell me that the only person who entered the room was the toilet staff but it was impossible for them to have taken it, unfortunately this happens on the second day of stay and ruins all my vacations, of all my travels this has been the first time that I have been touched by a rather disappointing experience.

The positive thing: almost everything... - the location is excellent if what you want is to be in the center. - it is pet friendly and for those who travel with our puppies this adds up to a thousand points. - the price is unbeatable, we were charged $400.00 a single room for two people + $50.00 per puppy + $30.00 per parking lot. - the establishment is old but carefully observed, the painting is in very good condition as well as the furniture, the bathrooms, etc. - extremely clean, as long as the entrance is perceived as a properly furnished room. - warm up in the service, even we were told that this is a brother hotel of the hotel of the river in orizaba, in which we also had a friendly reception desk, of course, I'm sure that the two amen amen amenities were in good condition, there were basic amenities, there were basic amenities, there were basic amenities, and even families who arrived in the hotel, and it was very important to make sure that the children could get a good night's sleep, so if they arrived in the hotel they could get a very good night's sleep
