This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice.

Excellent facilities and very clean, well worth the affordable price, the very timely attention make you feel at home and that since the second visit they recognized me only from the bottom of the car and passed me without making me wait and so on all other visits, highly recommended.

Very good hotel

We stayed here for only one night but felt right at home, the staff is very kind and attentive, the rooms are very cozy and they have very impressive puzzles as wall decorations. It's a very quiet area so we just slept right through the night. We brought our dog along and didn't have any problems, we'll be back for sure!

Casa Shalom is a great Boutique Hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. Service is first rate. I requested a floor fan to cool my room down at night and one was provided immediately. Breakfast was served; there were a few options breakfast. I had a great night sleep, comfortable king size bed and at a very affordable price. Wi-fi was very good, I was able to stream netflix just as well as I do at home.

It was difficult to find , the neighborhood Streets were so confusing it was not situated on a main streetThe place is comfortable but I think it was expensive not really worth the priceAlso it seems like the the place is still remodeling

Too expensive for little comfort

A pleasant surprise to find this small Hotel, with an Egyptian-style decoration in the lobby of the Hotel with very good taste, the furniture shines a lot on all those of the Nacar shells. Something that impresses is the collection of puzzles that they have all over the Hotel that we should thank to those who share their passion and dedication to putting them together so that we calculate that they have at least 500 pieces each and turn it into a whole art. As for the service, the kindness of all the staff is something that we should highlight, as at all times they are attentive to the needs of their customers and they are treated with great warmth, even though we seem to go on the date that via the condo was full, we never stopped paying attention, and that to say definitely the breakfast with a great seasoning, certain taste lamps for the taste of the hourglass are a very pleasant accommodation, but in certain places they are very nice, so you can have a nice and comfortable room, but in certain places they are very nice.

Being at home is a reality in Shalom House.

I arrived at night without booking, but the security guard waited for me, who very kindly contacted the hotel manager, who gave me all the facilities to stay that night. the simple hotel-like rooms, although, without any luxury, are decorated with simplicity and good taste. In the mornings you can enjoy a truly homemade breakfast. And the kindness of their service staff is excellent. It really feels like one at home!! Thank you for all your facilities and kindness.
