The friendly treatment, cleanliness and service they have provided since your arrival is packed with extensive demonstrations, as they have an empathy with the customer, snapshots.

Excellent cleanliness, good location and cordial treatment.

The receptionist are amazing and willing to help in any way possible. The room was clean and a good size. The restroom was really nice, large and clean!!! Hot water takes a few minutes to come through the piping. In the evening hours there is a security guard posted at the front door to the lobby. In close proximity to a couple of restaurants. Mega store only about 5 minutes away via Taxi or Uber. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Excellent service, very attentive to everything without the exception of staff. Common spaces are clean, room very clean. Minimum noise at night, restaurant service very well. Very satisfied with the price_service ratio. Thank you for your lively attention.

Excellent location, but with the inconvenience generated by internal noises, as well as the pets they allow access to, this generates an uninterrupted rest.

The surprise Mascots in the hotel

Clean and pleasant facilities, with gym and jacuzzi. Spacious rooms and without any inconvenience. The only drawback is the breakfast service; they add it with a very low fee and it is very rich and well served, but the meers are disorganized and take too long to attend, otherwise you may not get their attention multiple times and they may not even attend to you.

Everything is excellent except for the breakfast service.

The first comment...........it is not even close to a 4 stars hotel in Europe. The staff is very (extrenely) nice and the internet is extremely fast...........and that is it. It is all down hill fromt there. The rooms do not air conditioning (they only have a fan), the decoration is from 1800 and the blankets are in very poor condition (some of them even had what looked like cigarets burns). The shower was also an adventure since the water changes from very hot, to very cold to hot again. 
Also the only goof thing regarding the location is that it is very close to a very nice tacos restaurant. It is the place to stay if you want confort at a cheap price, but that is it.

Very well located, clean, helpful staff, comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms, no air condition just a ventilator but temperature was very good even at night. Good food on restaurant. Also use laundry service and they bring my clothes the same day

Well located, price value

Sometimes you run into a rare occasion of overspending in a hotel.

This hotel has American size standard rooms with two big double beds and a huge shower. So you can even sleep a family of four there. Without breakfast though.

It doesn't feel like Mexico. It's all just too much, though the price is relatively OK.

The breakfast room is big, they have a gym and all, but I didn't see any other guests?!

Just felt weird, though it was down season.

Who financed this hotel?

The food was good and tasty, which is not always self-evident. The rooms are well maintained and very spacious, if you want you can also get a smoking room. Internet connection is free, and if it doesn't work you get another room!!!! I stayed there for about three weeks and can only recommend it. The only drawback is the language barrier, there is hardly anyone who can speak English and not even German!!!!
