What I don't like about this hotel is that there is no parking, there is a private side with a boarding house that gives you a discount but you should leave at 8:00 am because if you pass you charge the hour and it's something expensive, the hotel is very close to the cathedral you can walk because the hotel has an excellent location.

It only took us one night to never return, the rooms are very spacious yet everything requires maintenance and cleaning, the mirror stained with dirt, the old, dusty furniture, would ultimately never return.

Personal friendly but hotel in ruins.

Excellent location and excellent care from all staff.The rooms are very comfortable with furnishings according to the architecture.The breakfast is very good.From the hotel you can walk through the entire historic center, just a few steps from the Zocalo.

The staff is fabulous, very kind, they guide you on how to walk around the city and how to get out of the city, the breakfast is good.The hotel facilities are old, dirty and sloppy, we find in the drawers tornadoes and garbage, the bathroom was dirty, no toilet facilities, the bathroom door was locked, in the end I would never return to this hotel.

The concept is good, but they should take care of the facilities, the bathrooms in poor condition i.e. the excuse closed, the sink with a sarro which causes the water to run out of water only through some areas, lukewarm water, no parking, on my arrival two tourists were arriving looking for a room for the next week, unfortunately the receptionist does not speak English and offered to help her, how is it possible that in a hotel in a city full of tourists do not consider having bilingual staff?

Poor experience

Hotel on the heights of Santander, with a nice view of the bay. Right and minimalist home (no information given about the hotel or the city). Parking. Large room with rustic furniture, good bedding, large bathroom (toilets not incorporated into the bathroom and no sink). For the standing of the hotel (5 storeys gl), a courtesy plateau would not be too much! Thalasso centre outside the hotel, no direct passage...bof centre of the house very pleasant to the thalasso room, we had the option of the itinerary. Very nice to do, satisfactory facilities (sauna and hammam).

Five stars that could do better.

The rooms still retain traces of history, some rooms have the original painting of the convent, the beds have phenomenal comfort; near the zocalo, near a cinema and a variety of businesses.

The rooms still retain some of the features of a convent, the beds are very comfortable, very well served, and spaces to have your breakfast outdoors.

I had to leave very early because my trip was for work, and they bothered to open the kitchen an hour earlier than usual, even though I was the only one there at that time.

Good service.

Something that is often forgotten when choosing a hotel is that, despite the service, the view, the location, the restaurant, in the end one will sleep in the bed and the beds of this hotel, as well as its pillows are incredible!! Having said that, it is two blocks from downtown and the cobblestone alley, has an Oxxo in the corner, near several restaurants, bars and even a movie theater.
