Everything was good, the only thing it doesn’t have A/C

Place is nice and clean, staff nice and friendly. I used two rooms and unfortunately were the ones closest to the street any it is very noisy all night from street traffic. I was very disappointed that rooms do not have A/C and we had to use fans that added to the noise.

Noisy room. Wifi keeps breaking. The room is pretty much run down.

Good Hotel more like a motel, nothing special but for the price more then ok, clean save, 40 peso taxi to center, small pool and child play ground

Good Standard

First I did not get the room I booked, I booked a room with two beds, and I got a room with one bed. A very tiny room Hardly any place to put my luggage. There is only one nightstand, and light switches and socked is only on one side of the bed, that is how small the room is. That side of the bed is slept in so much that it is a hole. 

My son has the room we booked, very spacious, big, two beds, lots of storage space. I have to climb over my own luggage to get to the bathroom. 

There is a desk, but it hardly fits, I can't even move the chair because of the bed. 

Way too small a room.

There is a constant lack of hot water, So far, and I am still here, I had 2 hot showers in 3 days, the rest were cold or luke warm. 

You constantly have to log in to the wifi for it keeps disconnecting and it is dodgy. when it works it is fast and good, but it has these relapses in speed that make it hard to do anything constant, like work online. 

Parking is outside, open-air, in front of your room, but it is cramped, they say on booking sites rooms have garden or pool view, but I look at parking. 

It rains a lot and the rainwater just pours from the roof, right in front of my door, but also at the hotel entrance, so when you get out of a taxi or step outside your room it is like you are under a waterfall, you are soaked instantly. 

The staff is friendly but distant. check-in was fast. Parking is regulated by an unfriendly elderly citizen, same with vehicle registration. (WHY??? He even wanted the building year and type of the motorcycle)

Enough water pressure although like the internet it is on and off, it oozes. 

Fluffy towels, nice bed, as long as you do not sleep in the whole. 
Difficult to get the lights out from my side of the bed. 
Good pillows. 

Overall a good hotel, but somehow we are not a match, because I expected more for the price of 689 MXN per night. 

I am a constant traveller and I have slept in many hotels, I have slept in cheaper hotels with better showers and beds and bigger rooms. 

Very quiet here though......

Far from the city center of any other activity. 

Would I go here again? I doubt it. 

COVID Rules and regulations are scares, the staff wears a mask, but that is about it. The remote control is in the room not covered in mandatory plastic. There are cards from the hotel that are old and dirty and a pen.....I doubt that is sanitized. They say they sanitize the rooms, they have a photo of a guy in a hazmat suit with some steam thing, but I only see housekeeping and nothing like that at all. 

The sign on the door guarantees me the room is sanitized......it is clean though but standard hotel clean. 

WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN?
Probably not, I think I can do better and cheaper.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel

The place is clean, well maintained, the room is comfortable and comfortable, the price is quite affordable $800 pesos per room with spacious parking, the pool is warm enough. the location is good,

Excellent cost-benefit relationship 

This hotel was a very clean and convenient hotel!  Our family likes to walk so even though it was a little bit distant we enjoyed walking to the downtown area every day of our stay.  A huge bonus for us was the safe on-site parking.  The staff was very attentive and friendly.  The grounds are well-kept and we enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant.  We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a family stay

I really liked the very complete stay, very organized, very clean and quiet, the area of the restaurant very chic, I highly recommend it, very much!!! and very cozy, very close to the offices of #migration...and also very close to #walmmartreforma.

My stay at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel is located in a busy street, but once inside the room, is very quiet place.People around is very respectful.Staff make sure you are comfortable in the hotel, and they take care about norms and regulations for the pandemic.
