They didn't respect our reservation, they didn't give us options or refunds (it was already paid for through airnbnb).We were turned into a pseudocredit agency that couldn't put two ideas together but was not willing to help us solve it, only leaving us without accommodation and with a terrible experience in this hotel that is expensive, old, and ugly.

Asco de hotel is located in the heart of the city.

This hotel is good for overnight stays; we stay in a room with two double beds, has a small bathroom and hot water, a small locker room and a desk, the decoration is old but the cleanliness is acceptable. No private parking and breakfast although included in the price, leaves much to be desired because it is very shaky and the coffee is terrible, does not include any bread or juice, everything is paid separately. The receptionist was quick and kind.

To spend a night / Bien ubicado

The room with a roof terrace and huge panoramic windows was very nice, the double bed a little narrow at 1.40 meters. The breakfast, which is typically Mexican, is also served by the friendly staff.

Hello, I was staying in February, when I asked for my invoice I was told that it would be sent by mail, which was delayed in sending as it is an external service and the invoicer had problems with the hotel receptionists and commented that the invoice would be sent when the lady had time and would like to do it, so I had to mail the administrator to deliver the invoice to me.

Poor billing service

I arrived at 1am and the hotel was closed, we had to knock on the door until the receptionist woke up, the horrible beds, the tasteless food, at last, avoided the cost of making braces in this fourth-class hotel.

At first I was hesitant to read some negative comments about the establishment, but in my experience it was generally very good, from the receptionist attention to the cleaning of rooms.It is a small hotel, but very well located, with easy access to the main avenues and transportation.I recommend getting to know it, it is not a large hotel but it has enough to have a good rest.

I made my reservation two months in advance and called to confirm a week earlier, both times I was confirmed that it was two nights and that I would apply a special rate for the City of Ideas event.When I arrived I was told that I only had one night and that the hotel was full.None of the two people I spoke to did anything to solve my problem and never offered me an apology.We were given the last room on the last floor, no mirror outside the bathroom, no lamp or night table. We slept well because all night long a water pump is lit up and going out.My recommendation is not to stay in this hotel and I hope you will leave the CDI event.
