The bedroom was rather uncomfortable. The room was not soundproofed, you could hear absolutely everything that was said and done in the rest of the rooms. No towels served. One day there was no running water. Free parking only from 19:00 to 09:00 hours, from 09:00 you have to pay. In addition, at 21:00 the parking is already closed, so you may have to leave the car parked on the street. The decoration, central location and staff, very pleasant and serviced.

It is improved.

The customer service is terrible on the part of the manager, the only thing that saves the hotel is the extraordinary attention and service of the young receptionists, the expensive food, the bathroom is filled all by the curtains of the shed that is short, the room with 2 beds and you leave a bottle of water, the TV is small and it is on the table, the room walls are maltreated, the safety box does not serve, the weather does not serve properly, the parking is small and I had to pay 2 days in another parking lot, no return.

No is a 5 star hotel.

Simple, affordable, with buffet breakfast, an excellent option to stay overnight if you don't need many amenities, and order rooms that don't give you the street because you'll hear the noise of bars on weekends.

Excellent for spending the night.

  We, a couple in our 60s, traveling in a group of 6, arrived at San Pedro hotel in the very pretty city of Puebla and we were at first very impressed. We were offered a lovely welcome drink, and taken up to the rooms which on first appearance, looked really nice. Spacious, attractive decor, though a little tired, and a little balcony looking over the street. A central courtyard with a swimming pool and chairs tables etc was very attractive. Lovely, we thought. 
We soon discovered the deficiencies. 
Room 320. No in room safe ( it had been removed). There was a large crack across the glass shelf which was very sharp. There was 1 small bottle of water & 2 teacups which probably had been rinsed but clearly needed washing before they could be used. There was no refrigerator but there was an ice bucket, however the ice machine was inoperable. We asked at reception for ice, we were directed to ask the restaurant, no ice there either. Restaurant staff very off hand. Apparently There wasn't any ice in the hotel! No one seemed to care. I expressed my feelings! The manager came out and was surprised that there wasn't any ice so he sent someone up the street to get some. Problem solved. 
We sat in the courtyard with our friends and had a quiet drink and turned in about 8:45 as we had an early start the next day. 
The bed was ok, but sleep was woeful. The street noise was ok, but the noise from partying guests was dreadful. It was loud, raucous and totally unacceptable and it went on throughout the night. After being asked twice by one lady in our group, whose room was off the courtyard, amidst the partying, to please quieten down, the noise continued relentlessly. The loud music, the shrieking laughter, the partying noise echoed loudly through the open corridors upstairs disrupting us all.  So she got dressed, approached the reception / security persons on duty, demanded action - that was about 4:30 am! The partying was immediately outside her patio door! 
Not acceptable. Surely one of the security persons should have asked the noisy revellers to quieten down much earlier! We were all paying guests who deserved a decent sleep. 
Hotel Management seriously needs to address these operational issues. 



Not impressed 

There's no complaints, but it's 15 bucks a room, and it's three minutes' walk to the cottage, and there's no street noise, and the furniture is old, and the underwear is only changed on your request, but there's hot water and a TV, and there's a city bus stop next door, which takes less than 10 minutes to get to the bus station if you're planning on going to Cholula.
