They offer parking but it is on the street and much later they tell you that the parking is someone else's and they are not responsible.  The shower does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there is a lot of noise during the night and it does not look at all like the images they publish, the rooms are very small and with poor hygiene

Clean. A bit hot : not much air circulation .The fan coverded the general  noise , so it felt quiet. Johana ,the day receptionist is very kind. I asked for a waik-up call , but the attendant was asleep.Great location across the bus terminal

This hotel was better than I expected and a good value for the price.  It was much better inside than it looked on the outside. Very clean, but basic.  Personnel were very helpful. It was quiet after about 9:00 and in the morning.  Afternoon and early evening some music from booths and small stores that surround the hotel.  I would stay again.  Not sure if parking is paid or free, but if paid, it is minimal.

Clean Basic Downtown Hotel.  Good value.

Because of the location, we decided to stay and sleep in this hotel. The facilities are nice, the attention of the solo staff good (the lack of kindness). The bad comes at night. They arrived at midnight a family to also sleep but they had a party!!! Children running and screaming, portazos, climbing and descending stairs, etc... after about 15 minutes I had to call the reception to order... everything was heard everywhere, it was midnight, of course in the reception everything was heard!!!! In the morning, about 7 am, the hotel staff talked in loud voices as if they were alone, reviewing themselves, moving cubes, at last... we couldn't rest... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

 Bad experience...

It's a very decent hotel with a modern, fresh interior (which is rarely found in cheap Mexican hotels). The rooms are quite clean. The main drawback is the lack of windows. In addition, there are some inconveniences and construction errors: for example, it's impossible to open the shower without pouring a portion of cold water, a stylish round sink also spills water when one of the valves is opened abruptly, which breaks off somehow when rotating backwards... But you can close your eyes to all these shortcomings, considering the modest (somewhat more than US$20) price...

It's a decent hotel.

A small hotel, meeting expectations, not exceeding them, clean, comfortable, minimalist.But without windows.The area in which it is located is not at all affordable, but the hotel is a safe place A very economical price.

Not suitable for claustrophobic people.

Guide me why it has good reviews, and the place is not bad, the rooms are very small, there is no ventilation, no windows, what is very relevant is that the cams are too uncomfortable, you can't sleep in it, with any truenan movement, there is always light and noise in the hallway as it is a hotel very close to the bus terminal of Puebla, but that is why you should seek a better rest from your visitors, although the staff is attentive and friendly, but if you want to sleep, well before taking your truck, you should go to another hotel.

No one can sleep.

Not a bad option if you are looking for a hotel close to the main bus terminal in Puebla. This place is directly across the road. Cost $420 for a modern style room with a double bed. Flat screen TV and wifi is good and room was clean. 

Only complaints are people were noisy (can't really blame the hotel for that) and there are no windows in the rooms (or at least our one and many didn't have them) 

Also, there are a few unexpected channels (adult channels) that are part of the default cable TV package they have at the hotel.... Not sure if that's a plus or minus for most people, you decide :)
