Congratulations. Everything is perfect. From the reception to the gentleman to the availability. The hotel is equipped with very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Located a few minutes from the center. I highly recommend it!!!

It's a great stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is in an old Spanish Colonial layout, so lots of staircases and interior balconies and odd rooms. Really fun. The roof deck has a marvellous view and is huge. Overall, it is not opulent, but it is a great value.The only downside is totally not the hotel's fault. A new business just  opened across the street with fairly loud music. Loud noises are a latin american staple, so experienced travellers who can cope will really enjoy the hotel. Guests expecting a quiet place in the woods will be disappointed.I am hoping that, by the time you read this, the noisy business will have closed or been forced to tone down. Then del Capitan will once again be a truly great value.

Nice room. A little bit of a walk from the zocalo.

The hotel has classic furnishings that make you feel like a museum. The rooms are spacious and have very high ceilings. They comment that before they were apartments where different families lived and then it was bought or converted into a hotel. It has a small parking lot, but at least you can leave your car inside the hotel. It has several places to take good photos, as it has very colorful hallways and a small room to rest. For mornings and evenings, you put on coffee with sweet bread which has no extra cost. It also has a restaurant where you can eat and at a good price. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with closet, TVs and coffee tables, no air conditioning, but it has lamps, which we do not occupy so cold. It has a part of the hotel where the highest wind has been blown since the city centre (Alberto del Puebla), but there is always a hotel with about 30 luxurious terraces, but there is no taxi backs and no barbecue.

Without a doubt the colonial houses in Puebla have become an important part of the formation and creation of businesses, restaurants and among them hotels; reference to this situation is to mention that the hotel captain de Puebla offers a very well-preserved colonial architecture with the touch necessary to offer the comfort of a good hotel and a pleasant place to rest. If you like old houses with wooden and glass doors and granite; this is an excellent place that offers you all these conditions, combined with modern amenities. The prices are affordable and the rooms are comfortable although the internet sometimes fails but in general most services are the right ones and the necessary ones for a good place to rest; generally I recommend this place as one of the right ones to spend a good rest in the city of Puebla.

The hotel is an old mansion that is very well preserved, if you plan to use it only for sleeping, this is a good option.The room you rented was simple, small and clean.It is close to the center and the staff is very friendly.

A good hotel in terms of price and quality.

The hotel is divine, very clean and bright. It has a picturesque colonial style in keeping with the surroundings. It is well located, just a few blocks from the most visited tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly, we had no inconvenience in entering or leaving, always attentive to our needs and consultations. It has a terrace with an incredible view that we took advantage of. The room was better than expected, spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. 100% recommended.
