Quinta Avril is a magical place, perfect for handicapped people due to the fact that rooms are built and suit to fit their needs. It was also perfect for me, my rest, my peace and to be out of town for a couple of days. A large garden divides the rooms from the pool area and you can hang around enjoying the natural surroundings, your room, the pool or the nearby town for local art and clay art. The bathroom in the pool area needs attention and the hot water was a bit of an issue, but, the weather is a bliss, and we were greeted by Jose Antonio and Gracia Elena in their usual warm and casual style. I have been there for several occasions with no dissapointment what so ever, to stay, to party or both and those three times were absolutely delightful. Book it for a spiritual retreat, a wedding, a party, or for a weekend getaway, you will love it!
