The location is excellent, the cleaning is good, the beds have made me very hard, what I don't like is that if you are given a double room that is up to 4 people, just put on two towels, no towels for the hands, just put on a soap for both hands and for bathing and the next day that they did the cleaning they didn't put on any more.

It's a good place, but it can be improved.

What a pity that a hotel that has been in service for many years, instead of improving, is going to hell in a handbasket, my last stay with drainage problems from the sewer, was closed and therefore the water buildup, too noisy because some guests who were screaming and singing until late at night, nobody did anything, the internet was terrible, there was no proper signal during the days I was staying.

Poor experience

All the people who work are people who don't even complain about the health, who clean their face with their anger, all the staff have a bad attitude.

It's a hotel that has managed to stay up to date. It has an excellent restaurant. Located in a privileged spot. Very friendly staff. Discounted rates if you pay cash. It has a rooftop parking lot. Taxis are nearby, they ask you immediately.

The hotel is conveniently located near the monument to the revolution and the street reform very nice and if you touch the rooms overlooking the monument much better good treatment of the people of the hotel and good services of the service people.

This hotel was in a fantastic location for visiting Mexico City. Much to see and do nearby with clean, modern rooms within walking distance to the Revolution Monument and nice restaurants. There is also dining within the hotel and a parking garage. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was comfortable and quiet.

Nice, clean, centrally located with parking

I stayed with my children and they refused me the room because I was with my children and I just wanted a simple room, explaining that they would not stay if I returned from vacation and would take them home, however the mistreatment of the Receptionist Luis (not even his last name could give me, unprofessional) refused me the room by mentioning that they reserved the right of admission and retired to the back of the reception, after which, of course, you molest me, and to fix the problem I asked for a double room which I was refused, requested to talk to the situation manager who refused me, asked for a audience a day later with the Gener because he wanted to arrive at the hotel, and to surprise me the Receptionist in listening, I dedicated myself to justifying the receptionist, informing me that he might eventually arrive at the hotel, but that the client has no reason to follow me, and there is no reason to stay at the hotel.

Pessimo treatment in Reception and the bad manager.

Very comfortable hotel and close to tourist attractions, a half-square monument of the revolution, walking to the central alameda and palace of fine arts, the rooms are very comfortable and good restaurant service.
