I would like to comment on this with all due respect, but I think a lot of the staff is bad, I understand that it is a simple hotel, but that doesn't matter how rude several people are. in the morning Mrs. Carmen is totally rude without any attitude of service, the questions you ask are super despotic. I am a little struck by the fact that she looks so bad and rude in front of the customers. In the afternoon, the receptionist says that not only is she not willing to help you, but she is also not willing to help you if you scream to give her information about the worst place without the usual service.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. La recepcionista tiene una actitud horrible es muy grosera.El hotel no tiene Aire Acondicionado así que si decide quedarse aquí prepárense!!!!Do not stay in this hotel the receptionist has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all, and there’s no AC so I wasn’t able to sleep it was extremely hot in the room and there’s NO ventilation at all .

DO NOT BOOK HERE!This has to be the last option of all!Pictures on the promotional does not match with reality.Okay I understand is a low budget place, but getting people with fake pictures of the room is not pretty ethical.Staff is not helpful when it comes to problems I told them I had to check out early (5am) because I couldn't stand the bugs anymore,  and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because it was too late. They need to clean more often if they are not renewing. Accommodations are horrible. With a severe problem with bugs...You can check my reviews and this is the first bad reviews I ever give.Don't risk it! The property was in a very good, central location. It had great potential, however the staff on reception were nothing short of being rude. Not just one, but all of them. Each person on their shift didn't care about our simple requests. They didn't speak a word of English, which we found frustrating, because whilst we tried to speak some words of Spanish and use our translator on our phones, they just played dumb, and we couldn't get simple things like an additional towel, or fan in our room, which was another thing, no AC in hot Mexico City isn't great. The rooms were OK, clean, but the service levels really let this place down. I wouldn't return.

What they offer is in line with the price. Clean rooms pleasant el persona altento y amable. Excellent location nearby. It could be said that being so central I recommend it or metro metrobus a market where you come rich.

Horrible experience. Room felt like a prison cell and had no AC. I believe the bed may have had bed bugs as my body had bite marks all over

If you really want to save yourself a few pesos, do the favor and don't haggle here. Pessima experience If you hear everything from the other guests, the noise from the elevator is unbearable, the bed is so hard and uncomfortable that you even think about sleeping on the floor.

There is definitely no regression.

Exactly two weeks ago, I came to stay at this hotel at approximately 8:00 p.m., approached me to ask for information about the cost and services of the hotel and the receptionist the lady in a rude, rude, arrogant and mocking manner, just like the lady of the restaurant.

Bad service is needed.

The room smells like a spray on cockroaches. In fact, they sleep with you and dare to do it with light. If you turn it off, it's scary. Cobijas like the sound of fiber and old ones are spitting on your body. Few cable channels. Bad Wi-Fi signal... street noise. Scandal of the guests. And expensive. If you want to look good... Think about it... very unpleasant. And if we put an ultraviolet light you'll be scared of everything you can see.....

Very good hotel, quite economical, clean and with elevator, located near the Palace of Fine Arts and the Avenue du Paseo de la Réforme, with many restaurants nearby and a very nice night view.
