The initial room was pretty bad, number 10 I believe... Air conditioning didn't work and there was  just something not comfortable. 

We reported this and suite to a water buying expedition (15 min) upon our return, they let us know that we would change rooms. 

They require a deposit for a safety box (key). 

The hotel moved us to room 11 and it was amazing, They say they have netflix and more, but you have to have an account. Still you can watch Youtube. 

Nice balcony. At first, we were in the front; second room was in the back. What a view. 

Noisy, they say kids not allowed, but staff has children that we do hear through the lobby. Although it's cute, it's odd as it even happened late at night (1 a.m). Overall clean, don't leave food out, las hormigas will get into it, tiny beige ants. You have to plug in your own fridge and if housekeeping comes by, they turn off your AC if you aren't in the room. 

You can dry your clothes outdoor, remember you can't drink the water on the island unless it's bottled. 

We got all the soap and towels that we wanted, veryy friendly staff. Sheets are stained, looks like dryer or iron marks... not certain. Mattress is far from new, but comfortable. 

Beware of the cost of a taxi to get to your hotel, we went with a  carrier upon exiting the airport... it was perhaps foolish, cost 100$ + 25 USD tip asked by the taxi upon our arrival at the ferry in Cancun.  

Lastly beware of the shop vendors near and about, a lot of counterfeit stones and metals and offers of illicit d**gs. Just walk past, don't buy anything pricey on the island.

Beautiful view, clean hotel - 3 star experience but great vibe.

Staff was so rude. Threatened to call the police on us for asking for an extra sheet for the bed. The mattress was stained 10 different colours and was hard as a rock. 10/10 DO NOT recommend staying here.

Great affordable place if you want to be in the middle of the food and shopping district. I enjoyed my stay sitting on the balcony people watching. Food and drink were steps away.

I loved that it had a microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom and shower were great.

The hotel is located in the heart of Isla Mujeres nightlife - The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely stay again

The lobby is hidden behind staircase. Receptionist is quiet and a bit reserved. Service could be more welcoming. Cute balcony but facing towards a restaurant terrace where has live music. It has a nice kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to play Norte you on the street  for night and entertainment price is very good no complain you gotta remember this is how do buildings close to the ocean and you know I’m happy come back next year

We loved it and will be back!!Staff were very friendly and efficient!The location was PERFECT and close to beaches, shops and all the food!!

Downtown Isla is the bar scene. This hotel is located in front of the loudest music bar/restaurant in downtown. Music does not stop until 11:30 at night. We were leaving after a miserable night but they found a room for us in the back of hotel. Staff and housekeeper did their jobs but unless you are there to party all night I would seek out another place to stay.

Perfect location, clean and great price. The room was very spacious and the staff was super friendly, though not everyone speaks fluent english. There is a rooftop across the street and you do hear it at night so for early birds sleep may be a bit difficult. The bar stops @1am though.
