My stay is pleasant, including continental breakfast, but the staff is very friendly as the accommodation is affordable so you can go for a walk and get to know and enjoy Guanajuato.

To go to sleep alone very good service.

I went to Guanajuato unplanned and found a place in a shared room just for one of the first weekends of the Cervantino Festival.I was very well attended but hoped it would include breakfast or at least a kitchen.The good thing is that it is very central and one can get lost peacefully by the streets of Guanajuato.It is next to a bar full of coffee and close to the Casa Museo de Diego Rivera.

It's a good place!

The place is very central, which caught my attention as we had almost everything in Guanajuato, but the small influx of people at this time made the staff completely forget about us as we only saw the staff when they gave us the key and when we handed it over, plus we ran out of hot water, reported it and only paid money that would go to fix it which never happened.

Be careful, we're running out of hot water.

It is a clean place, not so quiet but its location justifies it, close to the Alhóndiga and the center of Guanajuato, friendly staff, although somewhat reduced spaces.

A good place to be.

We stayed only one night at this place, the attention was terrible, we stayed in the shared rooms and it was dirty, there was a garbage bag that was in the place that they didn't take out all day, cigarette butts and garbage all over the room, the bathrooms were also dirty, there was no toilet paper, the phrases were full of dust, ultimately we switched hostel for the same.

Dirty shit.

I stayed at this hostel for 2 nights and the hostel was cool but the staff needs to stop playing on the computer all the time and get to work. The girl was nice and attentive but the guy was careless and distracted on the computer the whole time. He is not attentive at all he never helped with the luggage or clean the bathroom or the rooms. The rooms feel too crowded too many bunk beds in one room but the price was good. 

Bad service

The hostel doesn't offer many extra services, but the dorms and private rooms are nice enough for the price. One of the bathrooms was dirty, but the other was just fine. The staff there was very nice, although not always as attentive as we would have liked (we had to ask for the continental breakfast and toilet paper). It probably isn't the best choice if you plan on spending much down time in the hostel as the environment isn't that great and there weren't many people around.

No frills hostel in great location

Great place, much better than expected. We were a group of six and we were able to have an entire floor to ourselves. I really enjoyed my stay. We were in the city for the long weekend 13th-16th. It's location is perfect right in the heart of the city. It wasn't expensive and our hosts were fantastic. A little cherry on top is we were able to go up to the roof and hangout there. All in all I would recommend this place to any traveller or tourist looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay.
