Its a very good hotel to stay in. Nice, clean and great service. Very close to La Alhóndiga and a perfect view at the terraza.

The hotel is very old and I understand there is nothing that can be done about that; however, the beds, sheets, towels and everything in there is super old too! The old towels were almost paper thin, there is mold everywhere, the bed bounces a lot every time you move.  The bathroom is super small, I am not tall at all and my knees were almost touching the wall while using the restroom. No complaints about the staff or location, but my stay there was very uncomfortable.

If you care about comfort- avoid this place

Bad rooms, poor maintenance, no hot water in the sink, still tell me to wait an hour before you can bathe...

Excelente service, great staff,good location. No complaints there. If you are not to picky this hotel might be an option for you. Although I may not recommend this hotel during the hot weather do to no AC in any rooms from what I was told. I would not recommend  the breakfast included at this hotel, breakfast is no good! Although it is an included breakfast it can still use a big improvement. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend room 32, it has a street side view which will cause for you to hear a lot of street noise.

Ok Hotel

I've been 5 days for the Cervantino festival! and I can say that I had a pleasant stay! since checking in the guy I took the time to recommend places that I couldn't miss Limpieza very punctually. 2 blocks from the Alhóndiga and close to several points of interest! breakfast included with good taste! I'd be back!

Excellent stay!

We canceled our visit for personal reasons two weeks ago and they still can't return the money to us.They asked us to attend for the money with a commitment to deliver it and ended up telling us they were going to deposit it later.

Employees have no idea what service is.

Very small rooms, a strong smell of insecticides, beds in poor condition, no air conditioning, doors with broken locks, no safe doors, if you hear a lot of noise from the city, bad bathroom curtains, reception no options, the ventilator draws very little air, after all, it's not a good place to stay, it doesn't even serve to get a good sleep.

Horrible, awful place.

The choices I had were not many for the holiday season and the urgency with which I planned the visit to Guanajuato; the treatment was good and the location is not bad but the price for the Room they gave me left much to be desired, I had a room without ventilation, a ventilator on the ceiling all covered with dust, a horrible and badly smelling bathroom with a plastic curtain full of mold, the windows in the same condition, dirty towels, hair everywhere, door with very little security, the photos they post on the Internet have nothing to do with the actual conditions of the facilities, if this helps you, there are options for the same or better cost and more centrical beauties, think twice before staying here.

Psimo is the name of the game.

We stayed here for three nights and although the rooms were very old and in need of refurbishment we enjoyed our stay. The need was comfortable and the room was large with ceiling fans. It was a quiet location with a bit of a walk to the restaurants and shopping 

Just ok

Honestly, I never stayed in this place, it was really bad from the beginning, I started calling to ask for reports that I was given a price of $900 Mexican pesos per double room, for two adults and a child under 6, but they told me that I could not book that when I arrived at the reception if I was going through the process, we crossed the characteristic traffic of this beautiful magical town, to arrive at a hotel that honestly won't win two stars, but the amazing thing was the reception deal, since it was two people an older man and a very educated young woman, who were priced differently in tone or son and son, no pony decuero, they told me that because they would charge me a smaller $400 pesos per stationary room of the goddess, for every living room of the goddess, he had seen and lived in a beautiful room, but the price of the hotel was not changed for the same reason, so if not for the same reason, it would not be worth a lot of money for me to stay in the same room, but for the same reason, if not for the same reason, it would not be worth a lot
