The location was great, on a top of a hill, far away from the noisy and crowded city, it had its own restaurante

Unfortunately the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the room very noisy sounded like it was next to their laundry room

Property pool was dirty, a lamp didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room.

Excelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms.Rooms are good and we rested well.It had a pool we didnt use.You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.

I do not recommend it at all....The rooms are super hot don't have fans or ac at all ..You can hear everything ,noises coming from the other rooms ..I couldn't sleep all night ...It's not worth the price for what they offer,they post like a bis swimming pool and it's so small it's like for dogs to enjoy not people....The water from the shower all  was coming out and would go all the way to the room that's so refocus.....Never never again going to stay with them again...

There are more rooms under construction so there are smells and a bit of dust in the environment. the hot water takes a little while to come out but they are improving. the receptionist is very kind. the room I was touching was clean.

It's an old hotel, I'm not staying here any more than staying here since I was already included in a tour I was in, in the back they built a new building so I'm playing in completely new rooms, but definitely they're missing a lot in the rooms, there was only one light connection that I had to be struggling with with my boyfriend to charge my cell phone, a lot of battles with hot water in the mornings, the lack of amenities etc... definitely it's a unique place to go to sleep and there is. There are no shops very close, you have to walk about 10 minutes by road (they're very busy) and you get a hyper sadala and a pharmacy in Gujara, but it's the walk. The hotel has a restaurant (which was not in service) and a reception (a little neglected advice).

Much to improve

We had a reservation yesterday at the hotel, it was so careless and dirty that we decided to skip the reservation and stay there. of course, the reception staff is excellent. it looks like it was a great hotel at the time but today it is falling apart.

The worst hotel in Guanajuato

High price for what hotel offers. $800 MXN a night because of promotion for competition I attended.
The hotel restaurant was closed, no other restaurant close to area. Taxi only or call for pizza.
The TV remote did not work, I got a Zenith TV and the remote was for another brand. Never got the correct one after three days.
Closet was of no use, door off socket. All AC outlets were loose. 
It is not a hotel but more a motel; autos are parked at room dooor.
See the $800 pesos bed and sink. 
Last day at check out, I asked to pay with AMEX. We don't carry that. What about debit? I said. Well the terminal is not working correctly, not sure if it will work, he said. Eventually the terminal worked FINE. I guess he wanted CASH. 
Not coming back hopefully. I only ended there as it was in walking distance of my sports venue I attended.
