No need to say more... everything goes exactly as it is said. Good location, everything else is not worth what it costs. And if you book for a terrace, GREAT MENTIRA...is a balcony on the street.It's worth exploring other options for quality price.

The hotel is very central and I think it's the only good thing it has, the hotel was a house and they divided the rooms to make it a hotel, the room has the bathroom manufactured and says it's designer but the designer doesn't know how to take advantage of the spaces and leaves much to be desired, the drainage is small, the bathroom is minimal and one can't move comfortably, besides it's in the center of the room and the scents of the bathroom stay throughout the room.

Please don't go, review the reviews before, I went without reviewing the comments and am very sorry.

One of the worst experiences! The dirty hotel! With a cigarette, cigarette butts in a room LIMPIA have no sanitation seals. The unsafe doors where it's easy to open. It's just bad! The bathrooms are very small. And as good politics there was no refund. In short hazle as you like

What a terrible experience for SUCIO!

The hotel is very well located, that implies street noise at night, the bathroom is really small and uncomfortable. On the other hand, the view from room 3 is unsurpassed, towards the domes of a church and the monument of the Pípila. The best thing was the kindness of the staff.

Personal very friendly.

My stay was ok.  I was very upset to be charged for a nights stay. Upon arriving they said that they did not accept the payment made through this site and I would be refunded my money only to be charged in cash at the hotel.  I showed the room was paid for and they did not accept that as payment even though my card was charged.

Even though the property is spectacularly located, the facilities leave alot to desire.  The bathroom in the bedroom is way too small, felt like an RV bathroom, if you are a big guy I would not recommend it

This hotel is located directly across the street from the loudest discoteque in Guanajuato. So if your stay includes a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night, don't expect to sleep before 3:30 AM. 

Additionally, there is not actually a bathroom. Instead, there is a freestanding installation in the corner of the room that contains a tiny bathroom like you would find in an old train. See photos. It is not really separate from the sleeping area, and the one in Room 4 is quite smelly. We also spent one night in Room 2 - trying to get farther away from the discoteque - and that bathroom did not smell.

Wifi did not work in Room 4, we had to go out to the landing to use it.

Don't Expect to Sleep

It's a very small hotel, very good central location, but it also doesn't have parking, so you have to pay extra for a night's rent. The most disappointing thing is the bathroom, it's like a portable bathroom inside the room, super small, uncomfortable, without proper lighting, the door doesn't close, the toilet doesn't work well, the scents of the bathroom were direct in the room since the bathroom isn't closed (like cancel) so there was practically no privacy. It took us more than an hour to be able to shower because there was no hot water. If you hear a lot of noise from the street, there's an anthro nearby so that you can listen to music at very high hours of the night.

It's comfortable and not very private.

Property was in the center of the city which made it convenient to get to places faster. There is no sign or and indication that the “hotel” is located where it actually is. I wouldn’t really call it a hotel due to the fact that it is just about 4 rooms in a hole in the wall. Bathroom was pretty bad but understandable in terms of them wanting to keep the property “historical”. Could definitely be worse. Overall not bad.
