Nine-tenths of the people who occupy this complex are long-term renters, mostly young couples, many with dogs, some with young children. However, the property also functions as something between a vacation rental and a hotel. Painted Bristol blue with white trim, the eight-unit "villas" are surrounded by tropical plantings, creating a garden feel. Full kitchens are especially welcome for those who like self-catering. High walls surrounding the complex and a gate staffed 24/7 add to security.  The location at the intersection of two highways is a plus for those wanting to explore the reason, especially for those with a car.. For those without, the property can arrange transportation. The owner lives onsite, and the staff is exceptionally cordial and professional. Maid and laundry service provided six days a week allowed us to focus on  enjoying the area.

Attractive, comfortable, great staff

I don't think you can consider a hotel in shape, but its apartments with some hotel services, however the place is very nice, they have very good service and the villas are very, but very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is included and the food is very simple but very good. Some things are missing, for example they have no bell boy, the internet is not the traditional, the rooms to be considered as a hotel they lack many things, but it is very pleasant to stay.

It's not really a hotel in shape, but the place is worth it.

Excellent location: nice, cozy and with all the amenities for long and short stays. It has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining table, and in my case, which I was alone, a bedroom with a king size bed. Very good location, because it is a few minutes from Cholula and very close also to the Ciudad de Puebla. The rich food, although the dining room is very small. The only thing I didn't like is that the Villa didn't have a phone and for anything I needed from the reception, I had to leave. The service staff was attentive. It was a good experience. I definitely recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

A pleasant place to go to Puebla and Cholula.

The rooms are very clean. They are well equipped mini-apartments. Very good spaces and facilities. The delicious breakfast, hot, coffee. Very good attention at the reception and in the restaurant. Very good parking, next to the room.

Excellent location, clean, spacious, with parking and WiFi, the rooms have a kitchen and everything needed (fridge, liqueur, micondas, etc.), good service with kindness, delicious food (especially breakfast and coffee), relaxed atmosphere, is supervised and piden impression, opinions and complaints to attend to them.

HOTEL FAMILIAR is very pleasant.

Nice place, safe, making you feel at home, reception staff and security very friendly, attentive and available for recommendations, always in a good mood. The villas are totally clean, with everything necessary to make your stay easy. Good internet, the recommendation card is very good.

Ideal place to stay in group and/or family.

My husband and I went with our cats, the place is very nice as it appears in the photos, however, in the first room we were put in I didn't like the fact that it had windows but none could open and see from the outside, so I felt very enclosed and my cats were the same, because people who have cats would know that they love to see through the windows, I asked them to change and they did, but I don't really like the attitude of the girl in charge of that, how she was disturbed by such a situation, when they changed me no matter how small the room was, the truth is that we are much better, we are more relaxed cats, it's a place for tears, places near you to definitely buy food you can go for a walk, where you can go for a walk, where you can buy food before you get there, but the attitude of the girl in charge of that doesn't bother me at all, how she was bothered by such a situation, when they changed me no matter what the room was, the truth is that we are much better, we are more relaxed cats, it's a place for

All right, just with a few details.

I have just stay 3 nights at this property. If you have to go to Cholula this location is good. Only 10 minutes in Uber to downtown Cholula and 20 minutes to Puebla Downtown.
Place is very well kept. Reception guys are really very nice and decent persons.
Department in excellent conditions, not luxury but very good. Mine was the 5D
Very well cleaned all 3 days, with a  good size room, kitchen and bathroom.
Parking is free and secure. All you need if your plan is not a short stay.
My only issue was there is nothing around the complex to go walking. You need your own car, taxi or Uber anytime!
