I enjoy my time in Acapulco. The hotel is fine for the price, the restaurant MUFFINS is super delicious, the view is amazing, the hotel is in remodelation and my room was a new one really really nice!
I recomend, ok is not a expensive one four stars, but is a good price, for the place, air conditioner, tv, elevator, big hotel, and the most important with a great service.

Great view

Management has locked out employees and boarded up the entrance. In return the employees are picketing demanding their compensation when they are terminated.

I fear one must look other where for lodging. 

I do hope that someone is looking after the turtles.

The room didn't have proper air conditioning. They kept telling us it was fixed. The balcony had lots of mice droppings. The elevators don't work properly. For a 4 room, we only got two towels.DON'T GO

Disappointing, Bad Service, Need Huge Renovations and Better Staff Service.

Horible durty place i ordered to stay a couple hours to take shower and change my clothes and i pay all night they give me broken key im running back and force and pay for parking spot horrible place if u want stay longer then hour dont even take

Pool was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. No one spoke english. Will never stay there again.

Where to start?  There were so many issues with this hotel.1. There are only 2 elevators for around 300 rooms and only one was "working".  When I say "working", I mean it moved up and down but no necessarily to the floor you wanted.2. The room's A/C barely worked.  Acapulco is at least 36 degrees Celsius and the sun would basically bake the room in the afternoon, so you can imagine we did not sleep well at all due to the heat.3. The TV didn't work and it's old.  We didn't go there to watch TV but late at night when we're vegging out in the hotel it would have been nice to watch the news.  It was one of those hold boxy TVs and the volume didn't work at all - useless.4. The room's sink was plugged up for several days.  It was gross because that's where we brushed our teeth - so basically we had to look at mouth scum for several hours before the water would disappear.5. There was no WIFI in the rooms, only in one area -  the lobby.  There is no where in the lobby to do any work if you had to - no tables for computers and no appropriate chairs.6. One night there was a rain storm in Acapulco, when we woke up and went downstairs I slipped in a puddle of water.  There was no sign indicating that there was water on the floor, so right there there's a safety issue that wasn't properly dealt with.  Basically, part of the hotel flooded and because of it's age and poor maintenance the water seeps into the hotel and creates a mess.

Well, stayed here because it was a gift from my wife's uncle.  Truly regret taking him up on it.  We travel quite a lot and have gone all over the world.  This was the absolute worst one of them all.  Extremely run down, badly in need of a rehab, face lift, resuscitation.   Killed roaches throughout our stay.  Brought one down to the front desk to show them.  Place was filthy.  The wife had to lay down a towel in the tub to take a shower.  Very noisy.  Clubs across the street play til 4am on Condesa Beach which is understandable, but the thin paned sliding doors and windows keep out very little of the sound.  Hard beds.  Ours actually had a partially washed blood stain in the middle of it.  Pretty gross.  Have to leave a 200 peso deposit for the television remote.  A remote for a TV that has 7 channels and it only works 75% of the time.  The "free" internet is only for customers that have an email account with a Mexican communications company such as Cablemas or Megacable.  So we could not partake.  The toilet leaked every time you flushed it.  We reported it several times in the four days we stayed and it was never fixed.  The fixtures above the beds are falling out of the wall with exposed wiring visible.  Extra towels were a big deal since their policy is only one towel per person.  Balconies are extremely close to each other and easily climbable from next door.  the chains on the sliding doors are the only way to secure them and do not fit together unless forced.  The front door had 1 inch gaps at the top and bottom, letting all manner of creatures into the suite.

Worst Hotel Ever

If internet is important to you. This is NOT the place to be. Every day the computer guy was working on the internet and it never became available to me for one whole week. 

Also, The hotel is across the streets from many bars which play music until 5:00 am. You get to hear that music as if it was right in your bed. If you have a hard time sleeping, at this place you will only get to sleep at 5:00.
