Great room overlooking the sea with a decent balcony& comfy chairs. We had a twin room, comfortable beds, nice linen, good pillows. There was a small sofa & chair & coffee table, wall mounted tv. Coffee/tea facilities, small fridge. Bathroom had bath, shower (in bath) decent size bathroom. Toiletries supplied. Overall the room was a very decent size with views to die for on the 10th floor. The staff were exceptionally nice & helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty amazing- from fresh fruit, charcuterie, cereal etc etc to the usual cooked uk breakfast- which was good. Lovely fresh bread,rolls etc. Now the elephant in the room - building work…..I honestly can’t say that we were bothered by it. The hotel had internal work going on but it was fine & they were considerate. There are building works going on adjacent to the hotel & that was not intrusive. The one point I would make is that in sliema/ Valletta there building works everywhere at the moment. Would I go back to the Preluna ? Yes definitely.
