Guests must transfer via Floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions.

This property's all-inclusive rates include beverage service from 10:00 AM to midnight only.

Guests must arrange paid transfers from Male International Airport to the property via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. Seaplane transfer charges are subject to seasonal changes. Daily transfer service is offered for a surcharge by Trans Maldivian Airways between 09:00 AM and 03:00 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg per person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout. The additional fee payable at the property covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
