Hi,

This is my second year staying at UCL for Reef check surveys. I like the location and the expansiveness of the area. Suitable for it's team building programs and also for a quick getaway and relaxation apart from diving and snorkelling activities. Accommodation is clean and comfy. 

With that said, It would be useful to have a dive centre building itself to keep things such as diving bags, wetsuit, other equipments etc as some were kept in the office space only which I'm sure the staffs won't mind but still, it would be good if scuba diving is to be one of the main programs/ attractions.

All in all, a great team, friendly and hardworking staffs to accommodate to your needs, place is clean and a lot of indoor games to keep you busy as well.

Hidden gem

Have clean and beautiful place for gathering... Good food... Good service... And nice view of sunset... Have a nice room.. Nice place for snorkelling... Bananaboat... Nice for relax your mind and rest from busy town..

Sedafiat Team Building

There is secure parking outside the huts. In the different huts, there are rooms off of a main corridor. The room I stayed in was clean with good air conditioning. I was bitten a lot during the night, despite using a mosquito net and bug repellent. The staff were lovely - very friendly, happy to help and keen to entertain (by singing). We were able to book a boat tour to Pandan Pandan island (10 minutes before the tour left) - the staff were very accommodating (I have uploaded some photos from the Pandan Pandan island too). A 5 minute walk down the beach takes you to the local restaurant, where we ate every night - friendly service and yummy food! There is also a shop next to the restaurant too. There are monkeys around the beach - but they do keep their distance from you. You often see a group of cows wondering around but these weren’t intimidating at all. You can watch beautiful sunsets here too. From here, we drive to the northern top of Borneo. Overall a great place to stay.

I think this is one of d nice place to stay in KB. weather can be so hot but luckily there are airconds in d rooms. rooms are dorm-like so shower is in another block. staff are friendly and bbq dinner is delicious! only con is digi/maxis network are terrible. they do provide wifi but wifi is not that stable. only stable network here is celcom.

when u wake up around 6-7am in d morning, monkeys can be seen running around at the beach! dont forget ur camera! it’s one of the rare sight here

Although a bit pricey but it has all the amenities you need in a place for temporary stay in Kota Belud. It has the calm sea view of Usukan bay and beach with stony corals. A great stopover to Mantanani island

Very friendly staff! The boat driver who made us laugh all the time 😂 the abangs & bros that we randomly call 😂 Thank you for everything! You don’t have to worry about your safety. They really took care of us throughout the trip 😊 We laugh all the way 😁Complete snorkelling gears + life jacket. The activities are super fun (2 times snorkelling sessions, banana boat ride, kayaking, coral planting) The foods are great too! And of course the view! So stunning! 😍

Pandan2 Island

Overall is good.  Love the beach only in the morning.  Staff friendly.  Don't expect too much for such a price. Even family of 7 we all still can take brekefast with no extra charges. Toilet clean. The room is cool.

Beautiful sunset

A very peaceful and calm place to sleep, no noisy vehicle, great view of the sea and beautiful view of the sunset. We enjoy our stay for 1 night at there. When you came to Kota Belut, be careful when driving because here the cow is everywhere even on the road but safe drive here.
