Short drive to city centre although located at the quiet part of Seremban.  Shopping mall or many shops nearby were closed  down due to the impact of Covid.  Size of the standard room is reasonable and with tile floor.  Can hear the loud noise/music from the KTV till early morning.  Bedsheet looks a bit old. Biggest advantage is ample of parking space.

Friendly staff and ample of parking

A young Indian guy doing his one-man-show manning the check-in, check-out counter, helpful though with my 5 rooms booking done online. No concierge service, no valet parking, no receptionist or operator to answer the phone when i called in to check on the early check-in request. This hotel is good for sleeping in, not good for staycation because there's nothing here. And our view from the window is facing the chinese cemetary, the rooms on the other side would be facing the main road leading to the Seremban town. The only good thing about this hotel is the ample parking & 5 minute drive to the city centre. Breakfast is not provided with my room, but the coffee house looked like it's not in operation, hardly anybody there, and when there are ppl sitting at the table, don't see any food or drinks. And only ONE lift operating the 4 floors, while there's social distancing stickers on the floor to indicate only 5 ppl per trip.

Housekeeping should do some inspection on damage furniture besides just cleaning. One of the damaged rattan chair torn the pants of my relative. (see pic attached)

zero value-add average hotel

I booked three rooms for our business trip & was scolded by the very rude receptionist when she couldn't find my reservation in their system while refusing to look at my booking confirmation. The other receptionist just stood by the side and not doing anything to help. The room was ok & the triple room was surprisingly spacious. Two bedrooms on the right-wing are closer to the GF's KTV & the loud music from the KTV caused sleepless nights. The music stopped at 4 am on the first night, and 4.30 am on the second night. Breakfast was satisfactory, simple, but delicious.

Old Hotel 

Basic hotel with quiet surrounding. Breakfast not much choice. Those who like quiet area can choose here.It is located a short distance from the town center. Just had a 1 night stay that is the impression.

Very very bad experience. They will only provide one room key. Asked for another room key, the receptionist without looking at you and straight declined my request as there is only one key for that room. Come on, it is just a key card where anyone can simply encode the system. Shower drainage stuck which is not a big deal for me. What frustrating me the most is the KTV loud techno and I could not sleep the entire night. Next day reported to the same receptionist, he simply told me no room for change and it is none of his business. If want to change room, need to pay for a higher room category. Is that really my problem where the hotel is allowing a KTV to operate in it building? I am asking for room change not an upgrade! I pay for a room to sleep and couldn’t sleep without apology and asked me to pay extra for upgrade? I am not asking for a refund even the most basic sleeping, the hotel was not able to fulfill such a simple criteria!

Avoid staying at all 

Stayed a night there as Southern Bikers had their dinner in the Hotel, purely for convenience. The room is really bare, no fridge and Room allocated to me has no windows at all. Towels were in need of a change, clean buy old. I was unlucky for staying on Saturday night as the Karaoke lounge across the Hotel was alive and the sound/noise was about 120 decibels and lasted till close to 5 am in the morning. The rooms in the hotel were all affected as I checked with 5 of my friends who stayed there too. We were not able to sleep.

Really a budget hotel

*Please avoid this Hotel*

We rode (Motorcycle) up here early wee morning from the south of Malaysia to attend a Biker Club Dinner and book a room here as this was the Event's Hotel. The room size and setup was acceptable when compared to the rates we paid.

My Mate and I were looking forward to a good night rest after a tiring day but we couldn't sleep till 4AM! Yes! 4AM! WHY???

Because of the constant heavy pounding of Techno Bass resonating from the walls of room. The Bass resonance got worst from 2AM till wee morning 4AM! 

Thank you Fame Hotel, the parking might be free, walking distance to F&B outlets near by. 

But unable to have a good night sleep due to Heavy Resonating Bass is totally unacceptable!

Avoid at all cost!!!!
