The location of this resort is very strategic as it is located near to the beach, to the restaurants, to the shops and to the bars. The price is quite affordable. You can choose two option - stay in a normal room or in a wood room.

GOOD STAY

Quite pricey for the provided comfort. However, location is very much strategic as restaurants, beach, beach bars n shops are very near. Choices of dining places are many. Rooms are too basic. Overall, nothing extraordinary provided but OK

The title of my review says it all! we stayed in this motel for 3 days in langkawi, coming around Malaysia for 10 days already (so we're out of money)! 80 RM a night, laundry clogged, internet connection more than poor (takes only on the terrace is very slow), cleaning 0 (forms everywhere in the room)! to finish the room we never got cleaned or re-arranged in 3 days the staff is not nice at all! I asked for the only favor of being able to leave the suitcases in the room until 1 pm instead of 12 pm (check out time) and they wanted 10 RM more per hour! if I could give 0 as a score I would have given it

The only value, near the sea!

Unfortunately, this might have been a nice motel before, but now it's pretty down. When I got there at night, I had to take what was available. I had to cover my bed and pillow with black stains, the bed itself wasn't even made right.

Hopefully it'll be demolished soon...

Stayed for 3D2N.  Didn't expect a building site in the middle of it and burst water pipes. Very basic room, no broom provided to clean up all the sands in the room. Some rooms had a power cut on arrival, but ours didn't.  Very close to the beach.  Overall average hotel and you will get what you paid for.   If you are looking for a place to crash, this hotel served its purpose.

i had a good stay at this motel.but  i feel its a little overpriced.Receptionist were not so efficient,asked for coffee and house keeping but no one provided nor cleaned my room, but overall my stay was good .i love beach.So for those who love beach and night life,i would reccommend this place coz all the bars and shops and walking distance from this motel.A stay by the Beach was awesome.i would come again :-)

I had a great time staying in this hotel,lovely breakfast so much to choose from and so much to eat,they have their own beach area a great swimming pool,very relaxing reasonable price,island is  good for scuba diving,jet skiing many more attaractions, I am going again next year for more fun..

wonderful time

staying in for 4days n 3 nights. a cheap motel. didnt expect anything more.
but theres no blanket provided, n we are left cold for the first night. you have to go to reception counter to get a blanket. 
theres a leaking under the bed. could be because of the flood that happened one day earlier before we reached langkawi. decided not to make a fuss about it. 
overall its a good stay because we just need a place to crash in at nights.

We travelled to Malaysia in the fifth and after checking out some accommodations, we decided to pay 180 RM for the family room. The facility could not be described as very modern because of the location on the beach and the well-maintained facility, and the price-performance ratio seemed fair to us. The extra mattress for 10 RM we did not need, as three of us shared a double bed in the clock, which was a nice welcome. So we paid 180 RM for the family room. The facility could not call itself very modern because of the location on the beach and the well-maintained facility, but when we had a clean bathroom with a very clean bathroom and a toilet with a very clean bathroom, which we had to offer to all of our guests, but we had almost no other way to get around the clock.
