Room was generally clean except for a used towel in the bathroom when we checked in. The water pressure for the the shower in the bathroom was low at times. Got the triple sharing room which was OK in size. There was air-conditioning in the room but no windows. 
Generally, no major complaints as we only needed a bed for the night.

We paid RM80 for a night. Soft bed. TV was not working. Small bathroom which includes sink, shower and toilet. Hate it when i showered and the whole bathroom is wet but it is bearable for a night. They provide toothbrush and towels. No hairdryer. Great location. RM2 is just a door away to buy snacks or whatever you need.  Friendly staff. 

Acceptable!

The best thing about this hotel is its location.  It is close to the starting line of Larian Hari Keputeraan Sultan Nazrin Shah (and Clifford School) so no wonder every year during that time, the hotel is fully book.    

The hotel was formerly Ku Inn Hotel and just restarted operation in 2016 so do not expect the room to be awesomely new.  The single windowless room i booked last year was nice with lcd tv, aircon, clean towel and bed, but the bathroom was quite old and some of the walled toiletries didnt sit very well.  Fortunately i brought my own toiletries and saved me from spending extra to buy them.  However, do not fret if you need to buy stuff because there is a mini market under the hotel and you can find almost anything there, from food, snacks, drinks to soaps, shampoos and slippers.  

7 Eleven is on the other side of the area so at night you need to walk a little bit far from the area to get there.  Try not to walk alone or wandering mindlessly at night because there can be stray dogs in group around the area (happened to me last year).

Food stalls and restaurant:  No problems if you drive a car but kind of a problem if you're a solo backpacker (like me).  In town you can find the banks/atm machines, KFC, Yut Loy coffeeshop, bakeries, laksa stalls and food courts near the Kuala Kangsar river but these places quite far from the hotel's area.

As a solo traveler, i decided to go around the town and try the food during daylight and bought take away for dinner.  Except for the area near the river, some other parts of the town will turn quiet and dark at night.

The reception is available 24 hours and during my stay, the staff on shift was friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Nice budget hotel

Room was clean and tidy with reasonable prices, TV support only local channel but is still acceptable. Towels is tick enough and have a strong water pressure during shower. Free WIFI provided and car parking have no problem at all as always easy to find. Water heater, Iron and Iron board placed at corridor. Overall good and acceptable. For those looking for good and comfy stay in KK, here is the place.

Well maintain budget hotel

The room on the first floor was very small. On the photos it looks bigger. It was also all clean. The bathroom looked old because it was already sweaty, but it was always cleaned. Whoever doesn't mind that you can't look out the window, may like it here. I had asked earlier if there were windows, and the answer was yes. The clearance for the outside was 10 cm. We think you can't rent the room. The price was not justified.

toilet is fine but very old fashion with shower holder broken

second door lock broken, just rely on the existing knob. the gap between door and floor to high, so smoke n noise will penetrate nicely👻

problem began on morning where water supply totally down. luckyly i manage to bath in the common toilet.

back from seminar around 5pm, water work still on progress. by 7pm i manage to have my shower.

room serviced provided with iron facility at first floor. i purposely request top floor to avoid noise from main road and cheap sale from the shop at ground, they play jingle music like a circus!

those have knee problem or heavy luggage better ask first floor, no lift

The person incharge so humble represent the thypical local character. want to give some comment ir complaint but their features so plain and relax, makes us just forget it.

street food is just around with less option but 7e is at the corner.

u can simply walk to hotel from the bus terminal

I hope they may do some upgrade, the brand so promising at other branches
