It’s strange that they have mosquito net at 3 windows but no glass doors. How can the aircon work in summer? I slept with no aircon on as it’s quite cold at night in early Feb. The curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows so I can’t change my clothes in the bed room. People in houses next door might see me. Hot water is near the Reception for guests to make their own instant coffee. The decoration style in the Reception looks classic like in the former time. It’s an old lodge with good services. The morning market is almost next to the hotel and that’s the reason I stayed there.

A charming non-smoking lodge

A very nice and quiet place to stay. Room is big enough and the bathroom even excellent.Staff is friendly and helpfull if there are questions.A recommender.

Stay for one night and ask to change because of noisy works around. Not their fault at all but the lodge was so nice to allow us to change, for this i am very grateful and happy to give a good note for their kindness.

Will come back next time again.

The location is perfect and  the lodge is nice with local decoration and garden.

The bed was a bit hard and the internet did not work well all the time   But the location was excellent   I would recommend this lodge.

Excellent location and beautiful property. Nice service and breakfast ! Friendly staff especially Khao. Always with a smile and eager to help. I will stay again at this property for sure when I return to Laos!

We needed an overnight stop before travelling to the ECC and this small property was near our collection point and was just what we needed. 

Clean, tidy and welcoming - what more could you wish for!

We had to leave well before breakfast but were offered coffee to help us wake up which was just lovely and most welcome. 

Just the perfect little stop overnight and a great location. 

Perfect little stop

Good price for decent room in a small complex, so then the service was friendly and easy going. Breakfast ok but a minutes walk from morning marked can’t complain, close enough to night market and main drag and a minute the other way is the big river positioned central within the restaurants.

It was a great experience starting from check-in until check-out. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was good, there was also free water dispenser where you can top up your bottle. Only one thing to improve is to provide more chair or bench to put bags etc. But overall, it was a top-notch.

We came here after a terrible experience with another guesthouse attempting to rip us off and refusing to return my passport. I was shaken up when I walked up the alley and saw this place but was immediately greeted with kindness. We did not have a booking so had the liberty of checking the room first. It was large, clean and comfotable but he best thing was the staff on checkin counter who was so helpful and kind.

We stayed only one night as we were looking for something a little cheaper after over spending and still having two weeks of holidays left! We would've stayed longer otherwise. 

Breakfast was a simple affair but you will find this is the case in Laos. The location was nice and quiet and very close to the night market. The only thing I would say is the pillows were uncomfortable but I did notice a guest receiving a new one the following morning so perhaps they have some others that you could request.
