Perfect location, amazing Staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend for solo travellers / couples and families. Owner and Staff were very helpful with tips on my travel. I am very grateful for all as if we would not meet my experience in Laos wouldnt be so amazing. Their knowledge on the area is priceless as you can not find this information on internet and in the guides. This guesthouse is not very interesting except for its location: just 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and all the sights of the old town. Otherwise, the comfort and cleanliness are summarised, wifi only works once in two... very old bathroom... there is no pleasant common space to lie down. Afterwards, we were only there to sleep!

Correct

Guesthouse a step from the center. The rooms are located on the top floor of the apartment, the reception is basically the dining room. We paid about 25 dollars x two nights. The wooden rooms are pretty pretty nice. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to sleep beyond 5am. Because at 5am the owners' alarm clock starts ringing, which is left to go until automatic shutdown. We counted 6 of them one after another. From 5 to 6.30. More dogs barking all night. Let's say they should have a little more respect for the customer.

Booked it only because of the reviews. First of all has no aircon only a fan it was super hot in the room. The bed and pillows were the worst in full SEA we had. Check in was weird in the middle of family dinner and you have to walk through the family rooms to get to your room. The room is tiny and dirty. And the worst it was so loud. We woke up every Morning at 4:50am to someone chopping wood. Which is ridiculous.  Dogs were barking all night. I had the worst night sleep on my full holiday.  Gave washing to clean returned minus two trousers. So I had to find them myself. Overall very disappointed and would not stay here again. Worst hotel so far on our 3 weeks trip.

Very loud and smelly

Was not what was expected at all, is a house with an extra room with no aircon, ppl don’t speak English and can’t communicate with you, they see you walk in and don’t care keel launching around. And is not near anything.

My first time to visit Luang Prabang, I really enjoyed while staying at this place. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and also provided me the good recommendations where I should visit or to eat in Luang Prabang. Morever, while stayed here, I felt as if I were at my home.

Great location nearby Night Market

Though the place is cozy and comfortable, I couldnt help but pointing the bad service by the hotel staff. The wifi was not working for the first day and I had to complain them and constantly remind them to fix it. the guest house has good potential to be a good budget place, if the staff improve their attitude and become more customer friendly.

Mixed experience, though good for the price

I like the ambience of the guesthouse; it's very cosy and  the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good; it's near to a few cafes and the night market.

Nice guesthouse that's near the city centre

Our room was clean and quiet to sleep in. The bed was also quite soft. The atmosphere is very familiar as the whole family lives in the house. Most family members are very friendly. We became fans of the super nice grandmother. The location is great. It is quiet and yet very central. One thing to note: the bathroom almost always lacked toilet paper. There were always empty rolls, no matter what time of day.

Good price/performance ratio

We slept three nights in this guesthouse for 12€. The reception is friendly and the room is clean. The toilet towels aren't from the first youth and the top of the bed felt locked. Very noisy because the walls and doors are made of wood and the dogs in the neighboring houses barked every night.
