We went to see the rooms in this hotel for a five-year-old to stay with. They showed us two rooms - it was just disgusting. The strong smell of a crowded room, the rooms were very poorly lit, apparently so that customers could not see their condition normally. In one room in the bathroom in the sink there was a huge rusty stain, as if someone had leaked it. In the same room, the ceiling on one side was completely silly torn apart. The first one covered the beds in both rooms, it was even scary to think about what kind of bedding was underneath them.

At the selection stage, they refused to settle because of the terrible condition of the numbers.

It's a terrible hotel, the room smells bad, the shower is terrible - you take the toilet water down - and the water from there splashes through the shower 😱. I don't advise anyone, the prices are cosmic - the administration can only be rude and ask for money, I would advise the SNAPEDEMIESTACTION to visit this facility because it doesn't meet the standards of cleanliness in any way, the club is nearby - the music doesn't make you sleep or warm up or cuddle anything here.

Staying with colleagues for two nights, it's just a terrible place, very rude staff who extort money from guests just like that, and the hotel operates without a patent, that is, illegally, leading guests by the nose asking for money for their services that they are both obliged to perform and in the end also rude customer service at a lower level.

Nice staff, very responsive and polite, clean, spacious, good Wi-Fi, breakfast from the menu of the next restaurant, bad smell in the bathroom and loud music in the evening.

Good price/quality mix

The hotel is located in the center of the city on foot to Mount Suleimanka 20 minutes, the rooms are not very many, the hotel has a 3-storey building, a restaurant nearby where breakfast is provided (it is included) Take the rooms whose windows do not go out to the restaurant in the evening can be noisy.

Near the central square

I've lived in southern Kyrgyzstan for nearly four years. I have only gone to Izyum half a dozen times. Each time I go back, it is in the hope that the service has improved. Each time I am disappointed. Sitting in the gazebo - in clear view of the staff - waited a full ten minutes before finally deciding no one was going to wait on me. Flagged down the waiter, a fairly disinterested young man, placed my order. When it came, the sushi was tasty. When I wanted another beer, however, the waiter was nowhere to be seen. Gave up on that idea and decided to ask for the check. A different waiter was buzzing around a table with two immodestly dressed young ladies. I tried to get his attention. No luck. When he returned to their table, one of the girls was kind enough to send him in my direction. I told him I wanted the check. "Sure thing" and he vaporized. Again ten minutes pass. Finally, Mr Apathy strolls by. He responded to my request with a sigh and brought the bill. I guess it will be another six months before I visit again.
