They have nice cheaper rooms with one bathroom (not the best) shared by two rooms. WiFi is excellent, good breakfast too. Quiet. Friendly, well managed. A bit away from the center but not too far ... you can use the trolleybus 2 (also to/from the bus station).

Pleasant guesthouse with good value private rooms

Bayana guesthouse is a Really nice place to stay for a few days. We were two friends in a dorm (alone) and then we were upgraded a private room and a bathroom. Good Free wifi. Well furnished kitchen available. The staff is really nice and speaks English. They were really convenient and helped us with the price and information around the city. 

Good guesthouse

Cost of the twin room (not per person) with private facilities - 1400 KGS/€17.40, inc. breakfast served in a lovely garden.  With TV, fridge & A/C.  Plus terrace.  Slap bang in the centre on Lenin Avenue.

Very good budget hotel

Clean guesthouse with nice staff, bathroom and WiFi. My room had air conditioning and two twin beds. There is also a washing machine onsite. The hotel is on a residential side street but close to restaurants and not too far from the center.

Pleasant Guesthouse; Clean, WiFi, Friendly Staff

The cheapest guesthouse offering rooms with ensuit bathroom, aircon, a good wifi and secured parking.

The rooms are not well isolated against noise but the suits are. 

The bathrooms are not great.but at least it is yours.

We stopped two times in this guesthouse.
