We really enjoyed staying in Southside B&B, for many reasons. Beds were comfortable, hosts were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was yummy, and the secluded yard is beautiful and quiet, a great place to hang out in after a day of busy bazaar visits or hikes in the nearby mountains. We definitely recommend this place!

Friendly hosts

The team is very welcoming and friendly. We were able to do our laundry free of charge. The breakfast is amazing and we always had more than enough to eat. They had coffee, tea, fruit, and homemade yogurt and homemade granola every morning along with two different options each morning for the main course. The room was warm and welcoming. We loved having coffee under the pergola. Great stay and is highly reccomended.

Week trip

This is a great option for staying in Bishkek on the south side of town reasonably close to the mountains. The breakfast is good, facilities are comfortable, and the hosts are fantastic. We would definitely recommend this place.


Cozy and Excellent

Beth and Ryan run this beautiful guest house in south Bishkek in a way that is so welcoming and relaxed.  We stayed here after an overland trip from the UK, and it really felt like a home from home.  They have been so helpful and friendly - if you need a laid-back place to stay, with spacious clean rooms, lovely staff and great breakfast, this is the place.  It is south of the city centre, but there are good places to eat nearby and the public transport is easy.  Being out of the city centre just adds to the relaxed atmosphere.  Thanks, Beth and Ryan !

Comfortable, relaxed and a great place to hang out.

Stayed a couple of nights while in Bishkek, and was great; quiet place, very well attended by its owners, clean to an extreme and nice good taste decor.
Breakfast served in the morning, as compliment. Guides and excursions available.

Nice cosy place 

Very comfortable, central enough and great value for money. Beth was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place to stay after a rather "Roots" travel throughout Kyrgyzstan.

They offer car rental option. Ask for an actual taxi for airport pick up, much less expensive

Very nice place and very helpful hosts

I spent 2 nights here.  My room was clean, quiet and comfortable.  The wifi worked well, and the breakfast was good.  The complimentary water, tea & coffee was a nice bonus.  The location was ok, but not great.  There were a bunch of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance, but none of them were stellar.

The only oddity was the bathroom arrangement.  The bathroom had 2 doors.  One directly from my room, and a 2nd to the hallway.  The 1st night the door to my room was unlocked, and the hallway was locked, effectively making it ensuite.  However, on the 2nd day they locked the door from my room and unlocked the hallway door, making it accessible to other guests.  It wasn't a huge deal except that i left my towels and toiletries in there, and now other guests were touching my stuff.  I wish they would have pointed this out in advance.
