Took my son for a swim and immediately after paying we were informed that we as the parents can’t accompany our son poolside. he is quite afraid of being around strangers and wanted one of the parent next to him. We were forced to pay extra just to sit next to him. PATHETIC

Give Clear Guidelines Before Receiving Payment

Pathetic swimming pool area customer service. Tell your freaking employees to make it clear of what is allowed and what is not allowed BEFORE payment is done! It will save us both our time and energy!!!!!

Part of your swimming description online should read all your swimming rules including your"no swimming with bikini"but your guy at the pool is so arrogant to say the list. Is it a must I hire a swimming costume? Isn't a swimming costume a personal item?

The location is good but once you there everything else is terrible improve on your service skills ...there is a lot of delay and the staffs there are just speaking in vernacular ...would recommend anyone to visit ..it's so unfortunate

My visit at bluesprings

Compared to what is displayed on its homepage, this hotel and its rooms have nothing to do with it. Shabby,sub-standard rooms and bathrooms, a loud night club on the hotel compound and poor WiFi. Just don't go.

Absolute no-go

This hotel is poorly managed, does not respect customers, has bad manners, is greedy, and is a gathering place for women with a questionable reputation. Recent refurbishment improved the appearance of the hotel, but not its real nature.

A no-go hotel

Good location.  Everything else is horrible . Old furniture, dull rooms, dirty pillow cases. Substandard bed linen. Just was below my expectations despite it beeing strategically located off superhighway

Horrible

Second time staying here, not much changed. Very slow service, rooms were very poor, exposed electric wires, dampness, rusty window frames and broken windows. Rude duty manager and was even asked for money by staff.

Disappointed

I have only been to the back side of this hotel. First of, there are 2 churches just near the rooms...you wouldn't want to be asleep when they start on Sunday. At the gym, they charge 500/day which is quite unfortunate since it's not worth it at all...not even close. I have been to others that charge way less and offer much more. My biggest issue then is the swimming pool. The guys charged with cleaning are sloppy. Last time I was there, the scum in the pool was just too much I had to leave, despite having paid. A lot of improvement has to be done on their part.

First time having to spend several nights in Nairobi on business. Found this hotel through an online search. It's not exactly a resort, but is great for those looking for a place to sleep while on business. Lots of local people visit the restaurant in the evenings so plenty of company during dinner. However, the management needs to take care of the "little" things such as a broken bulb here and there, chinks in the plaster, and a fresh coat of paint where necessary. The seemingly small things can have a big impact on the overall visitor experience. The hotel reception is hidden at the back and needs greater visibility.
