The camp is amazing
I slept in the Bubbles room and it was wonderful and most importantly clean and tidy
The administration and the reception are wonderful, especially Muhannad. He was very cooperative with us, comfortable in dealing and very fun. Thank you for the two beautiful days. We will have another visit soon.

Loveeeee it

The managers are friendly and available, the bartender is the one who schedules the camel ride that turns into a DJ in the evening. Camel ride to see the sunrise and tea in the desert is a must.

Nights in the desert

Dirty toilets, no soap, no toilet paper DJ up to a few hours No window to breathe Simple lunch, after 30 minutes there was nothing left No authenticity: dj with Arabic music

Running away... horrible experience

This camp gave me a wonderful experience in Wadi Rum. The camp is run by beduins and have tents and rooms with two beds. The rooms have also bathrooms with a shower. You get the feeling of living in the desert like a modern beduin. We got dinner and breakfast included, and their chef makes delicious food! The lord of the camp took me and my friends on a trip in the desert to look at the night sky with all of its stars. He also is a great guy who sat down with us and talked about his and his camps history and about anything we wanted to ask about. We also went on a ride in the desert with a jeep. This camp have more activities you can ask about and book when you're there. This camp has a lot of local people coming, so you get a cultural experience on top, which is a plus. I recommend this camp if you are going to Wadi Rum!

Wonderful experience

So for all you luxury hotel lovers, this is NOT the place for you... That said, if you know what you're getting, it can be an interesting experience. You can sleep either in a fixed tent or small rooms with something resembling a primitive bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower -- cold water only!). Note however that you don't have electrical outlets, nor do you have individually controlled lights in the rooms -- there is a "string" of light bulbs centrally connected and with lights in all the rooms, which they turn on when it gets dark, and turn off after the evening activities are done. That means that if you want to turn in early, you'll have to go to sleep with the light on. And if you happen to be there on a night when they have a DJ over (with all the young people from Aqaba coming over to "party into the night" in the central ring of the camp), you'll have a bit of noise to try to cancel out to get to sleep as well... Our stay here included food, and the evening meal was nice -- home-cooked style (roasted chicken, rice, salads, etc.). The whole thing would have left a better impression if we could only have turned off the lights and music at night before they turned them off some time after midnight...

As long as you know what to expect...

If you imagine the classic camp with Bedouin tents in the desert, forget about it. This camp has all the looks of a disused military training center: there is no hot water in the rooms, the hygiene conditions are uncompromising and the quality of the food is very poor. To take a shower you have to go through the whole camp and use the common bathroom, totally open: with a temperature of 4 degrees, it's probably not the best place to stay. It's probably the worst place we've stayed all along the trip that, I assure you, has been done entirely in the spirit of Sparta and simplicity.

i almost cried out because of the pain in my head we asked them many times to stop the DJ  they promise that they will but it is a lieI i tried to walk outside the camp to get away from the noise but  the owner of the camp rebuked us

The camp was located perfect in the desert with nice view to the mountains around. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and was not to expensive, and the host did what he could to make the stay very good!

What  a great camp! Owner was super nice and helpful, tents were clean and cozy, and food was delicious!

First time camping in Wadi Rum

We stayed for 2 nights in this camping,it was a great time! The location was good, the dinner was great and the entertainments were awesome!!!! One evening it was a Bedouin wedding ceremony and the next day Bedouin dancing.  There was a clean toilet and a shower with hot water. I am recommending it!
