Run away. Worst experience ever. 
Don't listen to the good reviews, that's how I got tricked into booking it.
And don't tell me it's the cheapest cause you can get better for the same price. 
Dirty, no showers, awful smell of tobacco all over the building, AC too weak to sleep there in summer. 
The staff is barely even there, felt like sleeping in a Gotham hotel or something JUST RUN

Smell in the room is not good and has some insect in the room bit me in the night.

I liked the photo of the futon and the tatami, but when I arrived there was a smell of locked up, and the time to share access to the bathroom was not the most convenient. Even if the air conditioning worked the establishment would deserve a refreshment.

if you are looking for super cheap stay!

It's a business hotel with an interesting price and minimal service. To spend two nights there cheaply was more than enough. The hygiene is not the best it is and the rooms don't have air conditioning even if they're equipped with a fan. The internet connection is not top and you often have to get close to the corridor if you want to catch up better.

Acceptable

I'll grant I'm coming from a western perspective. There's only one bathing area for the whole place (men & women) and it's a common area (not even a shower curtain). I don't know if I got unlucky, but I was put into a smoking room. The toilet for my floor was tiny (no room to even pull down your pants in the stall), so I would use the toilet on the ground level. For the same price there are better places on the same block that have private showers and regular size bathrooms.

Last resort? Sure.

This hotel is of poor quality. There are, a few meters away, other hotels with prices of the same order of magnitude much better. It's an air-conditioned furnace. The toilets are infamous, you don't dare to go there so dirty. The sheets had tasks and the rooms felt locked. Finally, there is no shower, only a public bath on the ground floor available to men from 5 to 9 and to women from 9 to 10...

The hotel is so cheap and nice. Also, it's located at the place near to the station.

i liked cause the room was just for me but the setting-up were basic and shadowy

Place looked okay on the pictures, and dont be fooled by the (kind of) nice ”lobby”. The rooms are smelly, water stains on walls and doors, electrical outlets may not work, toilet-stalls are really small and so on. I dont really feel safe here (woman, 25 yrs old) so i dont even wanna try the public bath. The neighbourhood is kinda sketchy too, good thing the JR-station is really close by (like 3 min walk)
