My room was dirty. There was dust everywhere. The beds had hair and bugs in them. The bathroom smelled terrible. There was dirt in the fridge. There room was not guest ready.

Nice stay, it's more of an apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen - although other than two cups and a kettle you have to rent any equipment from reception.Good location, close to the American village but I probably would stay elsewhere on the island if I return to Okinawa, this is part of a small chain so there's plenty of options.  Breakfast wasn't worth going down for, 1 bread roll and an egg, after the first day I just went to McDonald's next door instead! ¥1000 per day for parking seems a bit expensive compared to the cost of the room, no other choice than to pay it though

Good stay with a few minor issues

The bed was very soft and in comfortable.

Overall my stay at the facility was okay

Premier Home II located in Chatan, a 20-minute walk from Sunset Beach and 900 meters to Mihama American Village.  The clean and small apartment comes in with balcony, a kitchenette,  microwave, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer and nice shower gel and shampoo plus morning breakfast.  Location is pretty good where you can find many good restaurants and mini-marts. The area is quiet, is easy to locate and also a short walk to Aeon Mall.  There is a bus stop nearby, where you can take a bus to Naha for 820 yen.  Good place for 2 or 3 days in Chatan.

Good Stay!!!

We staying at this cute and cozy hotel for our trip and is nice, close to everything and very quite. Everything is in Japanese so get a translator, the rooms are very clean and quite updated we would definitely recommend this hotel even though is a bit cheap but is good.

For the price and location I can’t conplain. It’s clean, great area, has a microwave and fridge, and a bus stop across the street. The pillows were uncomfortable though, and the desk clerk was never around. I was only there 3 nights, I might buy a pillow nearby but I’d stay here again.

Price for accomodations was adequate although floors creaked.

Pro-good for the price point-Super close to the American Village. Con-got a washing mashine but no detergent. -the parking below is super tiny, may require to park at a junk yard right behind the building 1(or 2 mins walk from building 2)-charge 1000yen per day for parking-only provided 2 towels for 2 night stay (I got 2 person)

Fair price point with some flaws

I booked this room same day because a typhoon had came through the area and my power was knocked out, and forecasted to not be back up for a couple more days. The place was so cheap! There's a stove, fridge/freezer, wifi, spacious shower room, and a balcony all for $44!

Great Price

Convenient location. The bed was a bit small and soft. Need more mirrors in the room.
