We had been staying for a few days in Riva del Garda and, afterwards, went to Verona. We decided to take an apartment and chose this company. As far as I am concerned, this company has places in different locations. We were in the center of the city.
Very noisy road nearby really disturbed us. Moreover, the wall were so thin, we could here people walk next door. However, this was not the worst. All of the kitchen tools were dirty, we had to wash them all.
My advice: Do not stay here.

Very rude owner. Photos nothing like the actual place (especially swimming pool). Checked in and then was taken to an apartment across a very busy road (location awful) no where near said pool! Apartment behind a security gate in a lorry park!! Disgusting, smelly, mouldy shower. Went to speak to owner to say accomadation not acceptable! (She didn't understand despite speaking perfect English)! To eventually being told nothing I could do! Tried to cancel she refused refund! Stood my ground and was moved to the main accomadation which was better but still not a good standard!  She Grabbed our cases and dragged across the gravel scratching them. Left after 2 nights after paying for 3. Very upsetting experience to an otherwise fabulous holiday around Italy. DO NOT STAY HERE you will be very disappointed 


Horrendous

We made a reservation 3 months earlier and pre-paid half the sum for a specific location, but in the day when we were arriving, they called to say they changed our room to another one, which was outside the city, very far from what we paid for. 
We were told that it shouldn`t be a problem, as "she does this road everyday by her personal car and it takes her only 10 minutes", which is so absurb!! We are tourist, we don`t know the city, and we pre-booked a different location! This meant we had to change two buses to go to the city center.
When we asked about the bus schedule, we were shown the winter schedule, not the one for the correct season!
The internet at the location was not working.
In the end, we got 2 receipts for 2 different firms, and this would make it difficult for someone to get an expense account (conto spese) if needed.
Complete lack of respect, she hung up on us while we were arguing about the change of the  location!

We booked for one night, and I contacted the owner via email and phone to let them know we were arriving late due to the flight. At 22:00 to be precise. They told me it was imposible to do the check in later than 20:00 even if I asked them I could drive anywhere to get the keys. Besides, they refused to give me the money back when I was forced to cancel the booking.

Avoid this place!

We were unable to arrive for the first night of our booking due to car problems. We called to inform them and they said we would be charged for both nights. We said we would arrive for the second night and they told us that because we didn't come the first night our booking was cancelled. So even though we had to pay the entire bill we could not stay there. When we arrived they said our room had been booked by someone else. So they charged us for the full stay, but then rented our room to someone else! Horrible service and dishonest thieves. Please take your business elsewhere so they learn they can't treat people this way.
