This was the most enjoyable hotel I have ever stayed in in Venice, in twenty years of visiting. The building itself is atmospheric and wonderfully situated on the Grand Canal, with a terrace on which an excellent, and by no means pricey, dinner is served. The service is warm,friendly and efficient: you are made to feel at home from the start. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, but not five star. Excellent value: I will never stay anywhere else in Venice again.
