Our stay in the b&b the pavone was the cherry on the cake of our splendid holiday in Sardinia. The owner is welcoming and really very attentive to the details. For the current global situation, we could not access the patio for breakfast, but the reorganization was undeniable. Our room was equipped with a table with two chairs where we can consume breakfast in safety and tranquility, a refrigerator (full of a freezer) and a coffee machine of different types: espresso coffee, cappuccino, tea and hot tea. The property was recommended to find a nice furniture just outside the house, provided with freshly refrigerated room in the countryside, and provided with the necessary refrigerated room, and the hotel has a very nice room and a very nice supermarket.

Good experience

I stayed one night in this B&B with my mother six years ago and I remember with pleasure the great spirit of the mistress, the cleanliness of the rooms and the many services offered. This year I was alone for two nights... what to say, I reconfirmed the delicious family and cozy atmosphere of this place and the exquisite Annamaria, always very available and generous! The location of the B&B, although a little far from the center, makes it an ideal place to stay in peace and relaxation. The room, equipped with a double bedroom that wasn't very large, was nevertheless very clean and comfortable: perfect for a private stay!

For a sweet stay

Good room and location, good cleanliness, but rooms unrefurbished, quiet area, not too decentralized compared to the city, negative treatment experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Never again

In the title is the thought of the hostess Annamaria, a really nice and friendly person. Rooms are really comfortable, spacious and very clean! We felt like we were at home. Really recommended. Thank you for everything.

I booked with curiosity, considering the varying reviews of the guests, but I can guarantee that it deserves praise for the attention it gives to the customer, who treats him like a child. Every day he changes the pillows, repairs the bed and reorders the bathroom, even if we were in a hotel. Let's not talk about the wonderful breakfast prepared and measured by people and the warmth with which Annamaria entertains guests. Comfortable and plentiful parking, just on the edge of the city center. The price ratio is excellent... what more can I say...Consequently, I've already booked another 5 days.

As in your own home

The bed and breakfast is conveniently located to reach all the tourist destinations in the area. The staff is friendly and available providing all the information about the place.

It's a great b&b.

I was at the B&B IL PAVONE in the early days of July U.S. I encountered several difficulties from the lady: - Difficulty organizing breakfast at 7:00 (the lady was tired from work in the family room and would not get up early) - Difficulty changing the laundry (the lady reported that she would not have done in time to dry) - Difficulty leaving the luggage at home on the morning of departure (the lady asked me to leave carrying away the luggage very soon, although they had written by 10:30.

So I think it's important that we also protect the travellers and I hope that this review is an incentive to the owners of the B&B Pavone (actually Ca' Pinna) to improve themselves and give a better service to the community and themselves. Unwelcome

Recently I stayed in the property for a week.From the beginning to ending of this time, everything was just perfect. I stayed in a single room with bathroom which was really nice , clean and tidy. I felt ,the place was calm and peaceful......I feel lucky to meet with the owner family of the property. They did listen me with smiles and helped me with love and care. Everyone of the property did really amazing behave with me.I went to Sassari for my personal needs and I didn't know how to do it properly.I felt to trust the uncle and aunt. They helped me like their son. They drove me for my needs and find the right place to help.The day l left,Aunt gave me a Christmas gift, it was amazing.I really really appreciate for everything they did for me. Definitely,I will come back to them when I'll be in Sassari next time.

Had a perfect time

This B & B located in the north-east of Sassari is located in a very quiet residential area. Very warm home of the owners, room and bathroom very spacious but under the fillings, it is better to plan if one is large!! Balcony available and pleasant in the evening.
