Nice place if you like quietness. The host is willing to help. We asked if they had another room as the one we had got the sun directly. She also got some toys for children since what they have in the pictures are not in use because of deterioration. She doesn’t seem to be friendly but I guess it’s because of language barrier because she only speaksItalian, however for the necessary things she communicates via google translator.

Quiet place

Convenient location to visit Stintino, Alghero and Porto Torres as well as the most beautiful beaches in the area. Room in order and with refrigerator and coffee machine. We stayed three nights. Quiet and well shaded. So green in the outdoor garden surrounding the structure.

We stayed in this facility for 4 nights and 5 days, plenty of breakfast, friendly staff and clean room, equipped with all the comforts, working air conditioning, room refrigerator, spacious parking in a relaxing environment.

Good experience

We were in this place in early October, a nice day with relatives and we booked without any problem.We were seated right away when we arrived, the staff were very available and kind. We had intolerant people and they served us food that suited them without any problem. The dishes were tasty and typical of the place, the dishes were plentiful, the place was clean and well sunny, there was no need for air conditioning but it was there if necessary, the bathrooms were clean and well accessible. Before entering the room which consists of a unique environment with the arrangement of tables, there is a porch where you can spend hours outdoors, there are chairs and tables if you want something to eat, a place in a glazed square where you can park and a room in a nearby building.

We found ourselves very well, clean environments, pleasant hospitality, maximum convenience to reach the most important beaches in the area, if I may find a flaw: too much noise from the road, but especially from the shooting to the flight.

The Comfort of the Beaches

Despite the excellent but expensive dinner and the breakfast all prepared at home, I don't think I would recommend friends to go.The rooms don't clean them for days, the WiFi doesn't work well in all areas of the structure, the children's playground is unusable because the lawn is constantly wet with the irrigators always on.

Disappointed!

I've been in many hotels, b&b and agriturismo, but I've only experienced this treatment this year in this agriturismo (menomale). I booked at this agriturismo at the end of March to July, asking explicitly if there was availability for 4 nights in 1/2 pension and I was told of SI and the cost per day. I've been in many hotels, b&b and agriturismo branches to stop the booking for 4 nights in the hotel, but a treatment so unseemly I experienced it only this year in this agriturismo (menomale). I booked at this agriturismo at the end of March to July, asking explicitly if there was availability for 4 nights in 1/2 pension and I was told of SI and the cost per day. I made the bonanza with the caparra to stop the booking on the number of the hotel, but a treatment so unseemly I arrived at the hotel. I also decided to make the 1/2 agriturismo for two people. I insisted on the fact that I had booked the coffee in the second half of July, because I wanted to book the

Little seriousness in booking management.

Very friendly family. Helpful. Good location for excursions to the coast between Alghero and P. Torres Leider, a persistent canal smell in the room that could not be eliminated by ventilation. The dinner was fine. It was probably an exception that it was cooked for us. For bookmakers it would be helpful to make sure in advance that they are cooked in the evening as well.

Good comfort, safe parking, refrigerator in the room, tasty food

The place is nice and clean. In the morning the cars are a little noisy on the road but nothing serious. Breakfast is right. Only the bemool: if it's cold, the heating is quite noisy. If you come in the summer you won't have any problems.

Simple and correct

Great place when you are visiting the north west part of Serdegna (near Stintino & Alghero). Great Italian regional food served by great hosts. Rooms are well clean and very well taken care.
Great atmosphere when getting together for breakfast or lunch.
Completely recommended.
