What was good

Nice location near Vatican restaurants and stores. Clean and newly italian style decorated. Calm when guests pay attention not to speak loud.

What was bad

Cleaning and checking of room before check in not at the top, empty drug packaging found in drawer of bedside table, dead light bulb in bathroom ( 2 days to switch it!), dust on wall faience line of bathroom, light breakfast when last room shows up ( first morning, only 1 croissant left, staff says they've all been eaten by other rooms and takes 40 mn to cook more again! so we declined)
