This B&B has a great location and good prices but in the service is bad and not little. Breakfast with a packet of open sliced cookies where everyone can put their hands, I went more than once and then tried several rooms, in no one there were lights on the dressing rooms that worked, mirror lamps in the bathroom not working, the last time the sheet on the single bed was double folded to serve as both mattress and sheet and covered in closet with stains. After at least 4 reservations over the years they had the cleverness to have care in the room from scratch, and then give many greetings.

It's a great location, but...

I stayed in the city, very clean and orderly, the rooms were spacious and at the right temperature, discreet and professional staff, good breakfast, I was really good, a compliment to all the staff who treated me very well good good

We weigh in all the dust and dirt everywhere bathroom without window and soap paper toilet paper in the single bed there was only one double bed folded half-type bag there lock down by itself little water in the bathroom and very dirty the cleaner lady very rude and rude the owner only on the phone when you book everything well and the next rude at the maximum I strongly discourage you never again

The rude people

It's only good for the location, the high price of sleeping in a Spartan room, with a double bed and a single one with dirty blanket, no working lamps, no curtains, let's just say that the pictures on the booking were taken well... a b and b in which there's no need for breakfast for the covid emergency but for additional measures or even the shadow... not to be repeated!

The worst never ends.

It has been 6 months since me and my group of nine friends stayed here - we were charged twice for our stay at this B&B and I am yet to receive any refund. 

There was a language barrier which meant paying in the first place was tricky as neither of us understood each other. We paid in cash at the hotel and they even emailed me to confirm they had received this payment. Despite this, they charged my bank account the total again (around £260.00). 

I could not contact the hotel directly, their numbers and email addresses did not work. I had to go through booking.com (who were very helpful) but ultimately the B&B only decided to refund me half the amount...but 6 months later I have had nothing. 

When I say I have emailed, called and messaged the property/booking.com hundreds of times over the last 6 months I am not exaggerating. I am a young teacher who lives in London and this money that was withdrawn from my account has really impacted me paying my rent/bills. The property seem to show no sympathy and I am urge anyone thinking of staying here to find somewhere else - I am sure there are other properties with much better customer service in this area.

Even though location was great for us, and the property was clean and welcoming, the financial strain that followed was just not worth it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The rooms are nice, but everything else is wrong. It costs more than other B&Bs in the area. The owner is nice, but the staff is rude. When I arrived, a guy checked me in and, since I had to leave early in the morning, he told me that for breakfast they wouldn't be there, but he would leave me a basket with breakfast accessories in the room. I left and when I came back, there was no basket. The next morning when I left I put the sign 'Don't disturb' for my friends. They told me that at 8:30 the girl started knocking on their door insisting to bring breakfast.

It's terrible.

I've been there once, and I'm not going to set foot there again.

Bad experience

Very nice in front of the personal station and the rooms are at the top very stylish I would say modern and fashionable breakfast served in the room and very clean the owner friendly and very friendly I would say very professional I will return thanks

Comfortable economic luxury recommended to everyone favorable sleeping well view breathtaking friendly staff honest available clean hygiene to recommend even children with working parents people.

Economic policy

In front of the Tiburtina station you can also reach on foot, well maintained and clean, very available and kind staff, even breakfast in the room, I would recommend it to everyone.
