The room was very lovingly decorated and exceeded our expectations. A continental breakfast cannot be discussed here. A4 note to cross what you want and at what time. Breakfast is also delivered to your own room on time.

I like it all the time

Clean, plenty of breakfast, courteous staff, convenient location, 5 minutes from Metro Ottaviano and 10 minutes from St. Peter's Square.

Clean and convenient location

I've been in this B&B for three nights and overall I've been fine. The location is undoubtedly its strong point. My room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The overall service has proven to be good and, if the opportunity arises, I might even consider returning.

Good accommodation

We stayed overnight at the end of June on the occasion of the Seven Baths and will return in August. the only new thing for us is the breakfast served in the room due to lack of space. however good and abundant. valid.

I confirm all the super positive reviews that I have received. I just want to add, to make you understand the excellent care for the details of this structure, that in the bathroom there is a set for sewing with wire and buttons as well as high-quality bathroom products. The only two found (not determinants) are the location of the air conditioning split, which is placed on the bed and is therefore annoying at night, especially for the air flow that is direct and untraceable.

Attention to detail

This B&B is excellent. The room is very nice and large, decorated with taste. Public transport is right next door and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the city centre. The reception is impeccable. The breakfast is more than generous with croissants, caterpillars, yogurt, sandwiches... In short... more than bountiful!! Maybe just a little improvement: the shower that alternated hot water and cold water without you doing anything so... but it happened twice maybe it needs a special adjustment. The next time we go back to Rome, we won't hesitate to come back.

Ideal location close to the Vatican, quiet. Shops, markets, restaurants, nearby metro station. Everything is done to spend an excellent stay there: welcome, kindness, availability (we were found streaming France 2 for the broadcast of the France Pays de Galles rugby match), cleanliness, comfort: relaxing corner with coffee, tea, biscuits etc. at your discretion. Italian lunch (fried wines, mini sandwichs, cheeseburgers and more): very tasty.

Super B&B

The geographical location is 5min walking distance from the Vatican and the metro station (Ottaviano) is 3min walking distance. For walkers many places can be reached on foot from the guest house (Chateau st Angelo, Piazza Navone, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi...). The staff (Marisel) are very professional and very welcoming and warm. They do everything to make your stay the best. Guest house located in the Prati district (very quiet). Full of small restaurants and food stores in the vicinity. The guest house is very well maintained and has a design. The rooms are very well decorated. The WiFi is very well functioning, very comfortable and does not make a bad lunch. I recommend this hotel for a very good price. For a hotel room, I recommend a very good weather report.
