We spent the summer with a guy in Fortuna. We had a really good breakfast and dinner. As soon as we got to sleep, all the minutes were fine: the wi-fi was bad, the carpet was rarely changed, the elevator broke down after a couple of days, the shower water was coming into the room) for us were small. It was unpleasant, but no one was expecting miracles. The rooms were certainly old and the hotel could not compare to the cracks that were opposite.

Not three stars, but it's not so bad!

The worst hotel I’ve ever been too - and I travel a lot. Rooms filled with 30 year old furniture and mold on the walls. I have allergy for mold and asked to be moved to a room with no mold, because I couldn’t breathe well in mine. My request was denied.
Breakfasts are miserable (see the photo) and as for dinners - we didn’t even want to test our luck. I know that breakfast is not a typical Italian meal, but in this case my concern was rather quality than quantity.

This hotel should be out of business

The room is small, surprises the shower directly on the floor (for the first time in the European 3 stars), breakfast: coffee, cheese, salami, croassan - the usual Italian breakfast. Italians breakfast with a cup of coffee, not a Swedish table, as the Russians are used to.

Budget hotel

We start at the beginning, enter the reception (surrounded by the hall with dirty and worn furniture, we need to find an assistant of some kind, with a bit of luck there is... No one knows a word of English: 0 absolute. Absolute disorganization; after some difficulties in checking in, we get into the rooms, while we pass through dirty corridors, all decorated with broken and worn frames of bad taste. With no small effort we managed to open the lock and enter the rooms (after a short while we discovered that many of the keys given to customers, open all the doors of the hotel). Subsequently there is a tight room with a very high lighting, cold furniture 70 years of smooth and smooth water that can often be opened up to the squares, rotten and rotten by the shower... no one can even open the doors of the bathroom, and the next night, the rooms, the rooms and the bathrooms are open, but we can't feel the pressure of the toilet, which is a very low, because there is a lot of water in the bathroom.

I've never seen a worse hotel.

The condition of the room is indecent: broken, dirty, noisy and old beds, unfriendly owner. The bathroom is completely unventilated, the window is nailed. Breakfast is scarce, coffee is undrinkable.

You mean like that?

I've been lucky enough to stay only one night, even a few hours, buying a New Year's package! I'm not going to add any details because there's too much to say! But I can't figure out why that facility is open! Zero comfort, zero heating and zero hygiene in the rooms, in the bathrooms and in the entire mini facility! Zero food!!! It's not a hotel. Let's get a 3-star!

What a nightmare

We were at this hotel from July 16th to July 25th. We bought a tour at the Happy Tour company, by the fortune system. We stayed at this hotel. Never buy a tour at this company. People are being displaced in inhuman conditions. Hot water isn't there if you don't come to breakfast until 8:00 and 10 minutes later, you'll see empty plates. When you show empty plates, they'll split them with your hands. Breakfast is a slice of salt, cheese, crusade of cereal. The rooms are old, everything is melting.

Horror hotel

The interior is not fresh, in a single-room Soviet cabinet and bed, everything rests on the toilet and the rack with a shower. The windows are closed, so the full feeling of being in the cabinet is complete.

Disaster, not hotel

Despite the thin walls and the loudness, no one heard the noise, even when in the neighboring hotel they sang karaoke, in the hotel itself behind closed doors the sound was scattered. I want to note the girl at the reception - Olga, who speaks Russian very well and responds to all the requests of both of them. Breakfast every day is the same, but we, like, every day ate! In general, what complaints to the hotel, for those who do not expect any shenanigans and for unwelcome tourists - the same hotel.

Hotel Felsinea! Rohlala Par or start?! We had to deal with a staff who, I think, is very far from being professional and friendly (Conrad and Gege are an exception) and clearly not trained to manage a hotel. Knowing that they are unable to align a word in English which is scandalous for us foreigners! This establishment is not as warm as the photos claim...to the limit of unsanitary meals (the hallway on the 3rd floor is ready to crumble on the task, the white walls are an exception) and clearly not trained to manage a hotel.
